Great customer service. Good food despite it being a chain restaurant. Cocktails are okay if not a little over sweet.
Quick service and delicious desserts. Served by Nash who was very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend the prawn carbonara, fried sea bass and fudge cake.
7 of us arrived and as we had to wait (not very long!) for a table, they came and asked us if we all wanted a drink on the house, gave us crisps and a chocolate! We cannot praise the staff enough. We had a fab lunch nothing was too much trouble and would not hesitate to go back again.
Set menu has pretty good options. We went for calamari as a starter and tbh they could be a bit more crispy. Desserts were amazing Overall yum for the good money.
The service was very fast. Restaurant was clean & the staff were very welcoming. We had a wonderful vending & will be back again very soon.
I have to say it’s always better to dine at Zizzi rather than get it delivered (as with most restaurants though…)

Such an amazing experience dinning here. The staff was friendly and amazing, they went above and beyond for us and the restaurant manager was simply wonderfull. Was worth every penny!!!
Lovely place to eat, Julia staff member was very polite, despite there was a miscommunication regarding with one of the cuisine, she was more then happy to change it to a pizza because the meat wasn’t halal on the pasta dish, atmosphere is great, lighting is perfect, great vibes ❤️🌹💯
Love the food, excellent choice for vegans too. Their drinks are good too, with cocktail and Softail options. Great for a quiet evening. On a Friday evening, we weren't disturbed by the loud noises of the mall
We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and service was amazing. Waiter was so polite and caring. They gave for us extra cake with candles and one more cocktail. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to give them tips, I thought tips was included in bills but it wasn’t. Sorry guys, you were awesome! Thank
Good option for those with any food allergy as they have very clearly labeled menus and most staff are aware of the allergens. To be extra safe there is a label on the food when it comes to your table.
Also a good alternative to pizza express especially for those with kids.

Very nice place to eat. I wanted to direct my 5 star review primarily towards Bastian who looked after us. His knowledge of the menu was extensive and accurate. I’m usually picky and he accommodated our needs and did it in a quick and polite manner.
This restaurant is located inside the city mall of the last floor and has 2 parts: outside and inside.
However in rush hours there is too hot and no air conditioning.
Meanwhile all is fine with food, my Caesar salad was fresh and tasty.

Did not expect such tasty vegan food as it was my first time in here. We were 3 people and only ordered a portion of garlic bread and vegan lasanga. It was enough for us three and was very satisfied.
