Hadn’t been to GBK in some years. I remember it being alright, though. Recently came here on a date night and it exceeded expectations. I doubled up on the Taxi Driver which was delicious and my partner was very satisfied with the cheeseburger also. Fries were simple and importantly, well-seasoned.
I came here for the first time recently after seeing it so many times when visiting Westfield for either shopping or watching a movie (Vue Cinema not far from here). It was pretty quiet (I came on a weekday evening) and the atmosphere was a very nice and chilled one. The food was great, and service
Lovely service and the food is great for the price. Burger buns tasted a bit burnt and chicken was a bit dry. Not that enjoyable this time but it is one of our favourite burger places so we hope on our next visit the food will be better than the last one.

I visit this GBK branch once every month as part of a big group. Although, the opening hours go until late, they shut half of the venue an hour ahead of the closing time. They're quick to serve us, and we always enjoy it there. There's something for everyone. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian

Visited on a Saturday around midday in October. Had a good experience overall. I had the special, a Korean fried chicken sandwich with kimchi, barbecue sauce, mayo - it was damn tasty. My wife had the basic cheeseburger and enjoyed it. The fries - both the skin-on and the skinny - were unremarkable
Went in at lunchtime with friends. Great welcome, seated quickly. Meal of the day is tasty and affordable. Fruit drinks were good I had strawberry and elderberry. Orders came on time and staff were polite and attentive.
We had a nice time here; surprisingly intimate, very relaxed and ultimately quite satisfying food. Best of all was the staff. Fantastic customer service from the very attentive and informative staff. Thank you guys.

Really delicious burgers. I have only ever eaten the chicken burgers but they are packed full of flavour. You can order via the app or at the counter which makes it efficient and easy to get your food.
The burgers do not come with any sides so you have to order the sides separately.
