Stayed in a castle just up the road from here whilst working away. Beautiful little pub with friendly people. Was made very welcome
We turned up tired and hungry and they were very welcoming. They put up a really good gluten and dairy free meal no bother (my wife is a coeliac and also lactose intolerant), plus 3 other really tasty and good sized meals. This is a dog friendly pub.

Excellent village pub,Land lady and Landlord very helpful and friendly. Food excellent, best of all we could take our little doggie in who got on very well with the "pub dogs" .A must if you are in the are a !
Great Food. Relaxed. Only Keg Beers & Lagers though...but good tasting. Kenny Gibson & his wife Jane, who own & run it are Interesting folk.
