Old style Pub , doesn't ask if you're eating before saying hello , which is refreshing nowadays. Beers good, landlady's good customers are friendly, can have a good chin wag with total strangers. Excellent.
Great bar lady, very friendly and welcoming.A great choice of real Ales and lagers. Open fire and warm. Also dog friendly and a nice garden. It's a drinks pub only, no food served.
Always a friendly welcome and a cracking choice of real ale. Sheltered roadside tables to watch the world go by or a nice enclosed garden. Fish and chip wagon drops by every Tuesday. Go and visit... It's well worth it 🍻❤️😉
Great little pub. Staff were amazing and hospitable. Thouroughly enjoyed our visit.
Stayed 2 nights on camp site in our motorhome. Very welcoming, lovely pub. Members of Britstop stay for free but worth spending a few bob in the bar as a way to thank landlady.
Lovely village pub, nice friendly host, lot of nice regulars, good beers. Think I enjoyed myself a bit to much, the other night Very embarrassed. Sorry about that 😕 Well worth a visit. 👍
Only been there twice, its near to my home and my visits have now been curtailed due to covid. The lady who's pub it is is both charming interesting but more uses friendliness. My wife and I will be regulars when this improves. Quirky but well run
Just a quirky friendly place. The owner is full of determination to continue in this way keeping the atmospheric relationship with her many regular customers. Highly recomend for a visit open all day every day.
Great friendly local village pub. Brilliant atmosphere. Excellent beer by Mike, who knows how to keep a brew as the brewer intended, and Lorna, the perfect host and landlady. If you want Pizza....look no further.
Lonely place to stop for a drink and great jukebox
I think rustic best describes the White Horse. A great little pub to whittle away a lazy Sunday afternoon with a tipple of your choice and a board game. Beer choice was pretty good with some local brews on the go.
Good pub , Landlady Lorna is lovely, beer is lovely, keep the wet pubs going visit
Nice pub. Very nice service and atmosphere. Will return for a pint or four.
A lovely old English pub. With a lovely garden out back and log fire. Serving just drinks. Has a juke box and pool table. With a car park. Perfect
Great village pub, no frills just a warm friendly welcome place to get a drink. I will be returning soon.
Great village pub, cask marque quality real ales. Pizza menu available but definitely a drinking pub not a restaurant. Well worth a visit
U der new management. Surprisingly good with excellent range of beers. Proper local pub.
