I experienced this afternoon tea with 3 friends today & thoroughly enjoyed it. The sandwiches were fresh, the sausage rolls were especially good as were the homemade cheese & plain scones. The icing on the cake, literally, was the selection of 4 types of homemade cakes, all delicious.

First time here despite living in Stowmarket for some years! Had a lovely pre Christmas lunch with my daughter (Korean Chicken & Haddock and Chips). Great service, food was excellent and not too pricey. "I'll be back" 😁
Brilliant service for a first time visit today. We had afternoon tea which was absolutely brilliant, good price and so much we took some home.
Very nice place to go for a sunday roast. We have been a few times now the food is lovely and a brilliant service by the staff. Friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

I took a group of 38 last week for afternoon tea and the food and service was amazing. It couldn't be faulted and the staff's willingness to accommodate food preferences and intolerances was unbelievable. I highly recommend them! Thankyou so much!
Just returned home after having the most enjoyable Afternoon Tea. Food was really lovely and fresh and included Sanwiches,Sausage Rolls and Scones(nicely warmed) and a very nice choice of cakes.

Fabulous afternoon tea and great service. Far better than a much pricier one I had a few weeks ago. No problem with adapting the sandwiches for us fussy eaters too!
We had a family lunch with two steaks, a chicken sizzler and Thai red prawn curry. The steaks and chicken were excellent. Curry was a little salty but otherwise good. Topped off with a dessert each, two choc brownies, an apple crumble which was reaaly good and a cheesecake.
Had an afternoon tea at the mill. It was the best one I've had in a very long time. Fresh bread, lovely sandwiches, good variety of cakes, moist and tasty. The scones were still warm and super tasty. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars. Happy customers
We had our wedding reception at the The Mill. Okay, it was very close to the church, but thet was not the reason we chose it as a venue. The food was superb and we were able to offer guests a menue choice. The food was not the usual wedding fare but gastro, almost Michelin style food and every guest
I can’t believe the negative reviews on here . We went there for the first time today and the service and food were excellent . The waitress was very friendly and attentive and helpful. We will definitely go back again . I Highly recommend .
