The pub laid on food following Dad's funeral last week for about 20 of us last week. Had use of separate room in a lovely original M & B pub. Nice buffet spread and ales. Parking is a bit limited, but we were able to park nearby. Thanks

It’s great to see this iconic pub back on the map. Great that they’re serving food too and not just a regular pub food menu, love the Italian influence. We eat here regularly with friends and never had a bad meal. Sunday lunch is amazing too. Please don’t change.

Stayed there overnight, lovely room, tea and coffee and couple of packs of cookies , as well as still and sparkling water . Toiletries were provided that added a touch of luxury , really lovely and comfy bed . We went down to the bar and spent a few hours there, really friendly atmosphere and the staff were lovely, felt really at home there ,would not hesitate to go back

Stayed here for 3 nights. Magnificently restored victorian pub steeped in history. The hosts are superb the staff are excellent. The decor is stunning. 18 draught taps, something for everyone. Very comfortable bars with log fire Breakfast was enourmous and beautifully cooked. Sadly no evening meals anymore as the brewery put a halt to it. Led Zeppelin's Robert Plant did his first ever gig here. Highly recommended

Great traditional local pub... Popped in for 'one' on a Sunday afternoon, didn't leave till closing time! 😂🤣 They do a massive selection of IPA's, it's dead handy that all drinks are displayed on a TV screen so you can see the price, alcohol % and the brewery who make it. Price wise, it's about £4 a pint so very competitive. The staff are really friendly, they deal with issues really quick, while I was there a guy was very drunk and caused a bit of a fuss, the staff were on him and got him out. I'll definitely be back there.

Great selection of beers in a nicely restored pub, great for a pint before catching a train from Stourbridge Junction Station over the road!
