First visit defnitly wont be the last. Customer service was excellent and food was delicious. We have been converted oldswinford fish and chips is now our go to chippy. A star !!!

Brilliant Gluten Free Fish and Chips. Been wanting some for awhile now. Not disappointed and the rest of the family said the regular Fish and Chips was the best that they have in a long time.

Had a fantastic Donar Kebab from you last night.
You can tell a good chippy when there's a bit of a que on a Tuesday night! Being picky the fish was ok but the chips, mushy peas and curry sauce were all bang on. Average prices and look forward to visiting again.

The fresh roe is truly the best iv ever had.
If I was to try and find any faults I'd say the roe could be bigger.

Haven't visited for some time, as it wasn't my preferred local chippy. Visited twice in the past month and found chips to be much better quality and freshly fried.
Will definitely consider visiting again soon.

Have not ordered from here for years. Having been let down by other takeouts recently we thought we’d give them a try. We ordered online, and had them delivered. Delivery was on time and the food was lovely and hot. We both had traditional Cod and Chips. Absolutely lovely, crisp batter (no soggy under layer!) Beautiful flakey fish. Chips were perfect too, I thought there were too many……but ate them all anyway ;-) because they were just right. Not greasy, and light fluffy potato. Our order was a Friday evening, and I think they were quite busy. We would recommend, and will certainly use again.
my go to take away. most of the foods good here only exception is that the chips have been declining in quality for a while. the fish is nice and the chicken burgers and pizzas are delish!
Skip to the end......the best fish and chips in the Midlands. Mini cod chips and curry sauce perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. Always seems to have a reassuring queue such is the popularity of this place. Judging by all the awards proudly displayed the quality is consistent year on year since 1977. If you love fish and chips highly recommend you visit here.
We love this Chip Shop. Everything that we ordered was cooked fresh, their fish is something do die for - sometimes maybe too big for me but I can't complain. We also like their kebabs in naan bread as it is delicious too if you are not in mood for fish. It has 5* hygiene mark which is quite important for us and the staff are very lovely people! This shop was recommend by locals when we first moved in and we definitely agree, this place definitely deserve 5*.
Absolutely the best fish and chips I have had. The shop is clean. Friendly staff...Great value for money.
