I had breakfast and dinner here for 2 days The service was good with a really good breakfast The first evening I had the smothered chicken and a cheese cake which was nice The second evening I had the 74 burger and apple pie which was also very nice The only thing that I would say is that I personally found it difficult to identify the meals deals on the menu and it took the waitress a couple of goes to explain it to me

The lovely Bianca served us and as always was friendly, welcoming and always remembers us. Food was great, both mains and puddings! Kept getting the card machine wrong, wrong pin and then accidentally cancelled transaction and Bianca was great with us, so patient and jolly. She creates the perfect service experience. See you soon!

Stayed at Premier inn for 2 weeks so had plenty of time to enjoy the Excellent customer service specially by Bianca, Ben, Scott, Hayley and Victor they're amazing and friendly with all their customers. The food is delicious as well with a lot of things to choose from, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to give it a try with friends and family. Plenty of pak parking spaces available at all time :) Note. Other staff is good and friendly as well I just can't remember their names :)

Went to have the unlimited breakfast, you choose the quantity of main items and it was delicious. Being a vegetarian and not liking eggs helps me as not forced to have any and can substitute with other items. Could have had more, but this was plentiful especially as continental breakfast as well..... Great value and superb food and service, If I have any complaint it is the 'vegetarian bacon' which is awful, so be aware as I have had better. Personally, I would just have an extra other replacement such as ashbrown, egg or veggie sausage.

I was given the allergy folder so that I could check what I was ordering as I have a food allergy. The food arrived quickly and was delicious and plentiful. We were served by Louise who was friendly , efficient and had a lovely smile

I travel a lot for work and ate in many Beefeaters across the country, I can honestly say I just had a rare sirloin cooked to perfection. Location is very nice, all green and woodland all around. Staff were very friendly yet curteous and professional. My compliments to the entire team and the manager, I will surely book this again!

Had a nice Christmas diner here. The Turkey meat was a lot better quality, than the harvester. The vegetables were all really nice and flavoursome. The roast potato's, tasted a bit salty. I ordered a side of pigs in blankets, which cost £1.99. I only got 3 medium sized sausages. That was expensive for what I got. My partner had a sirloin steak, which was nice. We both felt full after our meals. On a seperate occasion, I tried the T‐bone steak, with red wine sauce. It's a big peace of meat, but it does cost £24. The steak it self had minimal flavour, but the wine sauce was nice. I tried my wife's sirloin, which tasted a lot better. Think I'll save myself some cash and have a sirloin next time. I've tried the T‐bone now, so I'm satisfied it's not worth the money.

Popped in but not to eat and front of house was excellent. We didn't dine but if the experience was the same as excellent service front of house I'd imagine would be excellent! Only reason not 5 stars is because we didn't eat but aside from that a solid 4 stars!

Very good service and food. Nicely presented and friendly. I would give 4* as I always find the menu a bit overpriced, but the quality is good, however they were so accommodating with our order I willup it to 5*. The menu changes quite regularly, but the staples are always there, and the roast dinner option was very good and a very reasonable portion size.
