Love this place, went for the first time with my wife for our anniversary yesterday. The afternoon tea was the best, very tasty and plenty of it. The decor is amazing and they have the service to match. We will defiantly be going back and would highly recommend a visit.

The tea room is pretty and well presented. I cannot fault our afternoon tea, all the food was fresh and tasty, washed down with as much tea and coffee as we required. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Very friendly staff, great atmosphere and beautiful decor. The special afternoon tea really was “special” with the unique addition of homemade cheese straws, sausage rolls and Welsh rarebit and the scones were just perfect. We drive 45 minutes for our visit and it was well worth it. Can’t wait to return.

I've visited a couple of times for afternoon tea which is absolutely delicious! Staff are wonderful too. I came today with my 4 year old who thoroughly enjoyed his afternoon tea, the staff were great with him, joking about and giving him books to look at. A truly fabulous tea room xx

My Mum brought me here for my birthday lunch. I have tried to get in here before but it was fully booked and now I know why. Food was delicious. Buttermilk pancakes were light and fluffy. Poached eggs were perfectly cooked. Will be back for the cream tea next time x

Such a delightful find on a Sunday afternoon. Tucked away just off the high street hustle and bustle. Service with a smile, gigantic cappuccino and lovely warm scones for one on the menu.

Beautiful little tearoom, small and tucked away, once inside it had a lovely decor and atmosphere. The afternoon tea was delicious and very pretty, more filling than it looks too. It was a great gift for my mum's birthday. I would recommend!

Had the loviest afternoon at joannas. I went with my my friend for afternoon tea. I have been to several 5* hotels for afternoon tea in London and they were no match for joannas. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were asked where we would like to sit, inside or outside. We ate inside as the tea room is so pretty and then went and sat in the court yard after with a glass of Prosecco. Every member of staff was brilliant. They were attentive, polite and always with a smile on their faces. My friend has already booked again to take another friend and I will be booking again the take my mum. I cannot recommend joannas highly enough. I would review the tea room with more than 5*s if I could. Thank you so much for such an lovely experience

We booked here for a very special 80th birthday, The food was so good! The service & staff was so good. We were blown away. Very little place, totally packed. But service and attention to detail was just so good, when I got really hot and had to sit outside this fantastic man rushed outside and got me two sear cushions, one to sit on and one for my back, and then bought me a large water. My Mum was so impressed and we would all like to recommend. You need to book! It’s worth it. Thank you all, very professional. We will be back soon.

This was a special birthday visit for my daughter & it was wonderful! The staff were all attentive & very friendly. We had the afternoon tea, which was really tasty....a great mix of savoury & sweet, but all of the food looked/ smelled amazing! The kids afternoon tea was plenty for a 9 & 11 year old with great & flexible options. The tea room is beautifully decorated. My daughter was in her element! We will be back again soon!!

Another wonderful lunch at Joanna’s tea room today. Such a beautiful ambiance. I love the decor and attention to detail here. The food is always delicious whether just a snack or indulgent afternoon tea, which I have to say is the best around. ( I’ve tried many!) but Joanna’s is perfection on a plate. Friendly efficient staff who go out of their way to welcome you and give great service. Today I had the sour dough topped with avocado, halloumi, poached eggs with the sweetest cherry tomatoes. It was piping hot and so tasty, as was my partner’s club sandwich. It was really busy, with afternoon teas and baby showers. But still excellent service and didn’t have to wait long for food.

Really lovely place. Went there recently with my bestie for a long overdue catch-up. The decor is plush and the service is really attentive, making it feel really special. Kudos also to the gluten free afternoon tea. Very tasty! Even have gluten free pastries which I've never had anywhere. Will be back!

Never been here before but we will definitely be back! Tucked away, off the High Street, down a little pathway is Joanna's Boutique Tearooms and what a find! We only had coffee, tea and a slice of chocolate cake and it was all lovely. The nicest, most moist chocolate cake I've ever had! What made our visit even more special were the staff. Without exception they were all just so lovely!

A quite lovely teashop in Storrington with a very good menu for breakfast (until 11.30am so quite civilised) lunch and of course tea. This tea shop was fully booked inside on a Saturday afternoon. Delightful friendly staff looking very dainty in their aprons. I had a great Latte served in a large cup (not one of those ridiculous tall glass/cups thank goodness) with eggs royal which was delish it has to be said! Will return to this den of heavenly pink and white teashop goodness at the earliest opportunity.

Visited for a light lunch, was very busy with nice atmosphere. Drinks served very quickly, longer wait for food, but understandable as place was full. We ordered a prawn sandwich and Welsh rarebit. Plenty of trimmings served with the dishes. Only slight criticism was that bread used for rarebit needed to be a bit thicker, something like a sourdough bloomer as the topping was making the bread a bit soggy.

Another lovely visit. Delicious food, lovely atmosphere. It poured with rain as we arrived but were greeted and sat down quickly. Our tea was piping hot and the food was tasty. The scones were warm, sandwiches and cakes fresh. All serveds had protective equipment on and made us feel at ease and welcome. We will be back again!
