Great place nothing is to much trouble for the staff. The management go above and beyond to make your stay the very best.
For a 2 star hotel I would say it's a 5 star amazing room and amazing beds the most comfiest bed I've ever laid in ... would highly recommend this hotel to everybody

To lazy to cook, so the worst question "what you want for your tea" various suggestions, eleven won, and true to form lovely meal both off the menu and off the carvery 👍👍
We Love it! Id say its our favourite restaurant in town. We Always have a lovely meal,fab service and,because we visit regularly,the staff are more hospitable,chatty,obliging and helpful etc. THANK YOU! And keep up the good work!

This is a 3 star hotel but it has a fabulous restaurant. Lovely friendly staff. And great service.
I stayed 3 nights in June 2023. Had a lovely double room. Buffet breakfast was good.
Bar area is small but well stocked.
Popped in on Sunday ( one of the few restaurants open). Had a burger which was filling and adequate. Restaurant was busy with many enjoying the carvery which is a bit overpriced....but overall a decent meal
Lovely big room with separate small sitting area. The restaurant was very busy and noisy and the buffet not the best, so went to a different recommended restaurant on second night.
I'm a Tour Driver and this is my second visit to this hotel the staff are first-class and very accommodating rooms are of good quality food is the first class I wouldn't have any issues in recommending this hotel and it's only a short walk to the shops and port

Good large comfy rooms,plenty of tea and coffee food was if a good standard choice of buffet menu or a la carte,bar prices were in my opinion expensive overall a good hotel
Room clean & comfortable, breakfast very good, self service & plentiful. Full cooked option & continental, cereals/porridge & fruit, juices etc.Pleasant staff all very helpful. Plenty of car parking available. Good WiFi coverage.

Lovely single room, food was excellent and staff all very nice and polite.
I can't really fault this hotel, yes the room was a little outdated but it was clean and had everything I needed. Service from the staff was first rate and breakfast was just right. Breakfast is European cold style from 5am and cooked breakfast available from 7am which suited me perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when I'm back on the island.
Stayed here at the very last minute, and glad I did.
Staff in the hotel and restaurant were really polite and good service. Had a single room, the room and bathroom very good size and not small at all. Shower in the bathroom had great pressure and the room was nice and warm.
Even more importantly was quiet, so got a good night's sleep.
