Fish cakes enough said!! Always love the food from here. People happily wait out the door in the rain for the food which shows how popular it is. Even when it’s extremely busy it’s worth the wait as the queue goes down really quickly. Staff are fantastic would recommend �

This might have been one of the best fish and chips on the island. Possibly the whole time we were in Scotland. The fish was HUGE! We are so glad we stumbled into it. They only take cash keep in mind.
Extremely well frequented chip chop in Stornoway. The queue was all the way out to the street. Prices are reasonable, quality really fresh. Offers also daily specials on some days. Never seen battered oreos before (although didn’t try).
We had the haddock the scampi and an extra portion of squid rings. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff were great. This is highly recommended
No need to go to a fancy fish restaurant. Just buy a £10 Haddock n chips supper, take it away and sit on the bench behind the Port Authority. You will not be disappointed by the portion size, crispy batter, or freshness.
Delicious. Had fish and chips in a few restaurants in the area. We visited July 2022. Fish was crispy outside flakey outside. Chips were hot and seasoned well. Mozzarella sticks were full and cooked perfectly. Regret not stopping here more when visiting family
One of two chippies we could see in Stornoway. Very clean inside with friendly staff. They operate a pre-order system at busy times (dinner time), but we weren't aware of this and they fitted us in right away. The chips weren't greasy at all and the haddock I had was skinless and boneless. Good curry sauce too. In and out within 5 minutes, super!
Best haddock and chips by far (I have tested and tasted all over Scotland 🏴). One phone call and ready in 30 minutes ready for pick up from a very well run and attentive counter staff. Thanks guys who made my holiday with a supertastic supper 🏴😎
Freshly prepared cod and haddock using locally caught delicious fish is all you should expect and Cameron’s excels and provides fulfillment. Delightful staff is fast friendly and efficient with a smile, busy at times but absolutely worth any minor inconvenience their popularity incurs.

Fresh haddock was amazing!! And me and my daughter loved the deep fried Oreo’s. She managed to spill her irn bru on the floor and the guy who worked there came to mop it up and he was super cute and gave her another can. 🥰
Had some great food from Cameron's Chip Shop tonight. Cod and chips, and battered haggis and chips, all non-greasy and delicious. Only criticisms are that only one of the meals was sold in a recyclable container and that the salt and vinegar on both meals couldn't be tasted, otherwise great and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Sensible size portions and kid friendly options also available. Very tasty and a variety of choices and portion sizes available.
Decent food.
Bit pricey.
Kids in charge so service and attitudes towards customers suffers.
