The place is really nice and I was thinking that you can have a walk around the lake, but no, you can enjoy the view from the terrace made outside. We didn't have any drink or meal because it was too windy for the little one and we wanted to stay outside, but we will definitely come back when weather
Had dinner there yesterday evening. Gorgeous setting and loved all of the food! We ordered lots of the tapas dishes to share between four of us.
Would absolutely go back. Food was great! My favourites were the gnocchi & carbonara. YUM
Also loads of GF options for my mum and sister which was great

Well what can I say other than what an amazing place! (I don't leave reviews much so bare with) out in the sticks with amazing scenery, food and beer. I came out this afternoon for lunch and was delighted with the service from both staff that served me today, very prompt to take my order, friendly,
Had a fantastic 3 nights here, spacious pitch with ehu and good views of the lake. Absolutely brilliant tapas restaurant on site and a great bar with a large outside decked area.
A beautiful peaceful site, lovely clean facilities, hot showers, private spotless toilets too. Lovely big pitches with plenty of space., amazing sunsets and views to match. brilliant staff , mick and helen are fantastic hosts. Cannot wait to return already , mark and natalie x
The staff were wonderful: attentive, informative and friendly.
The tapas was as good as I have had in the UK - the chorizo was especially good. A good wine and beer selection with a very nice Shropshire Gold on tap.
The view is stunning, the bistro scrupulously clean and the wildlife amusing.

Staff friendly interactions and have good balance of not being fussy or detached. Food good quality and reasonably priced, outside views pleasantly serene, didn't dwell indoors but other patrons appeared satisfied with decor and space. Parking a bit rustic but available. I cannot rate the food as I have never tried..
The touring site I love ,very peaceful...
The shower block is awesome 👍.
Just a lovely chilled place ...
Stopped by for a Sunday roast. Couldn't fault the meat and vegetables but the roasties were like bullets and the knives not sharp enough.
The young waitresses were attentive and we didn't have to wait long for our food
We were offered free hot drinks by the chef when we explained about the roast
Great little caravan site overlooking the lake the only reason not 5 stars is due to the pitch allocation at times. We were there for a week and the was one point there were only 3 people there but we were all next to each other (with lots of space around!) other than that a good clean well looked a
