My first visit last night and it won't be my last. Had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, could not fault the food ( make sure you leave room for dessert they were exceptional ) and the service was great. Nice warm feel to the place, would recommend it to anyone

Consistently great and always lives up to the hype and expectations gathered up from the reviews. With the added bar as well upstairs I'd 100% recommend coming here for a nice evening out as well as mid morning brunch.

Visited last night - staff were very friendly, but OMG the food was incredible . My chicken was beautifully seasoned with a delicious crispy skin, and the gravy it came with was amazing. It was the nicest meal I’ve had in a very long time .

Sunday lunch today was sublime and the service from the young staff amazing. From the malt bread nibbles to the delectable Rum baba which was so light the food was a cacophony of flavours. A wonderful menu. We shall be visiting again.

My first visit here definitely won't be my last! Amazing food and excellent service. Set Lunch was really good value for money, considering the quality of what was being served. I enjoyed the matching wine flight, which had interesting and cleverly chosen wines.

Sooooo good. The scotch egg starter was stunning and the Sunday lunch roast beef was such a tasty cut. You can tell how much effort goes into creating the food. Really enjoyed it.

First visit to Little Seeds and we were not disappointed. Relatively small menu but a good selection to choose from. All lovingly prepared and served. This is proper haute cuisine! Some unusual items on the menu that I've not seen anywhere else. The hake kiev was large, very tasty and piping hot. We all enjoyed our food immensely and the staff were brilliant. Attentive without being intrusive, helpful and friendly. Little Seeds is not the cheapest place you can choose to dine, but it's well worth it. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful little restaurant. We enjoyed the Saturday Set Lunch menu - providing three courses plus extras. There were some well balanced dishes with delicate flavours all prepared perfectly. Service was efficient and super-friendly. A first rate find.

Nice meal with friends . Different tasting food , but "different" good . I can see why people would think "portions" are small ( this is a restaurant , not a canteen though.. ) : my starter was delicious ... but looked lost in the plate. Could have done with added accompaniment..Even some salad with some fancy balsamic vinegar . Main was good ... but we are in GB ... chips portion , albeit well constructed on the plates needs to be bigger... My dessert ( guineas cake) tasted good , but was dry... but maybe that was how it was meant to be. This might sound like a negative review , but at the end on the day, the starter and main dish tasted good .... putting .. good , but too dry for me .

Nice little place. The staff were really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good and they had some great customer service touches, the little tart taster at the beginning and the fudge at the end. Thank you we had a lovely night

You feel relaxed instantly upon being greeted at Little seeds. The sun was shining so we were invited to enjoy the garden with a gin and tonic. We had a couple of allergies in our party which was dealt with very efficiently. The starters were superb, with portions just enough to enjoy our mains, which was a roast beef dinner. That was the highlight. Beautiful tender beef and big Yorkshire pudding. We had to ask what the sauce on the side was. Turns out it was turnip purée - that was new for us. The meal finished with a beautifully presented desert. We absolutely recommend Little Seeds and can’t wait to return. No wonder it’s in the Michelin Star guide.

We visited on a friend's birthday for Sunday lunch. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was delicious except for one item: some of the asparagus on the birthday girl's plate (very unfortunate) was woody, fibrous and hence discarded. The restaurant is light, airy, well laid out and generally very tasteful but we all thought the fake brick effect wallpaper was a bit naff.

First time here and I was plesently surprised. We went upstairs as we were in a big group. The room was nice and private without being isolated. The service was really good as they were really attentive. Food was really good quality and they allowed people to slightly go off menu which was a nice touch. The crayfish benedict was very tasty and the eggs were really runny (perfect) I would recommend for brunch and I will be going back for sure

More hits than misses. A lovely warm welcome at a local restaurant championing seasonal modern British food. There are always going to be some misses in a place trialling exciting flavour combinations, a sour lemon veberbena and olive oil sorbet sat next to an unexpectedly-frozen plum parfait with some textural issues and a halibut suffered from being over-salted due to olives sitting atop a bouillabaisse. However, a fabulous plate of brill with an absolutely standout meadowsweet set milk dessert made the journey more than worth it. One to return to with an open mind.
