Gorgeous food and gorgeous staff.
I must admit the last time we went things weren't as good with the service, restaurant week, drinks delayed, orders mixed up ect. Lady who serviced us just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, I can only assume she was new and abit stressed. It was a busy night but she kept forgetting that she'd already taken our order, delayed our drinks for ages, kept coming over to ask if we want more drinks even though we hadn't received our first drinks. I think a new member though so can't really complain. Food was perfection as ever.
Lovely place to eat in stokesly. Loved the decor casually smart, comfy seating, sit in for coffee around the bar or meals in main restaurant.
Very good choice of food, including veggie options.
We had 2 veggies breakfasts, was π, although just warm, but mushrooms were star of the plate.
Service bit slow, understaffed this day.
There was only one girl serving, she served everyone with everything, very hard work! And an excellent job too ππ

Love this cafe bar, so relaxing to pop in for a drink or a coffee or food.
We just had wine & coffee today but have had food here previously and very good.
Staff are really friendly and attentive.
Great range of beers/lagers etc and my tipple, gin!

Wow is all I can say went for Sunday dinner amazing. The food was plentiful with loads of meat, gravy tasted like real gravy and proper Yorkshire pudding.
Came with grandpees for tea and had a great time! Good atmosphere and lovely food. I recommend the potato skins ππ»
Hadn't been in Chapters for quite a few years. It was fairly heaving in the restaurant. We came in for a couple of birthday drinks. Lively atmosphere as always. The food looΔ·ed and smelt great.
The bar was busy, but we watched the world go by from the window, whilst supping a very good pint of Guinness, washed down with Jamesons.
Next time we'll get some fodder.

I was always brought up that if there isn't a price in the window I can't afford... all I'll say is it wasn't expensive at all, the breakfast is amazing (taste and presentation), the staff are friendly and efficient, and sitting in the window watching the world go by made it a beautiful atmosphere.
Popped in for lunch, our first visit. The service was great, the waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was fantastic, fresh and piping hot. Definitely visiting again.
This is the first time we came to Chapters, it was busy but staff were attentive and couldn't do enough for us. Food was absolutely delicious, portions sizes were generous too. Also food prices are reasonable too, if we were to come back I'd definitely be calling in for a meal again π

Always go to Chapters Deli most Sundays. Always a great Sunday Lunch. The staff are so friendly, helpful. Itβs a pleasure every Sunday.
Mushroom soup was lovely and tasty. Staff went out of way to make sure our pot of tea was kept warm.
It is one of the few cafΓ©s within a 7 mile radius of Guisborough where you can just have a casual coffee or tea ( of course you can have something more substantial if you desire) after 5:30pm when 99% of others are closed. Their food is of a high standard too IMO. My friend enjoyed a Palmo as a lighter bite menu item.

I had the small hot shot parmo, it was gorgeous, our friends had the all day breakfast, it also looked very nice, the service was spot on, what a lovely place

Came here for breakfast, the eggs and avacado is a great choice and just the right amount of food, service was the best part about the visit, served by Dylan who was polite and had service with a smile, nothing was an issue for him.
Great atmosphere, would highly recommend.
