Stylish modern venue, with plenty of tables for gaming. The bars are very well stocked and very clean. The staff are friendly and approachable and love being tipped (obviously).
If you're after a late night bar/casino around Hanley I wouldn't recommend anywhere else but here for a safe and enjoyable
Enjoyable casino. Friendly valet and croupier staff. Minimum bets are less than casinos in the genting franchise.

A good casino. Staff happy to explain the various betting strategies. Would have been 5* but we ordered food. We waited 50 minutes before enquiring where it was. We were told it had been given to someone else. Staff member called Barry dealt with the error. He was very polite, apologetic and refunde
Had a great night, however they don't do the food like they used to do. It's more just bar meals now which was what we went for.
My first time in a casino and it was a pleasant evening. Did my application form on line and only took a few moments to join. Once inside it was a pleasant place to be.drinks are ridiculously expensive a pint of Stella was£4.10 we are not in London! Apart from that it was good staff were very helpf
Restaurant staff are really helpful and always happy and the food generally is quite good. You do get the occasional bad meal but overall very good. This is more packed than the other casino and sometimes a long wait to get a free machine, especially at weekends.
