I am moving to a new job so I have two weeks off and I have been coming here for an hour twice a week, it’s been lovely, it’s quiet and the staff are really nice. Ordering from the app is easy to get my points.

Nice restaurant, plenty of seating and not too busy for my business meeting. Food was good and coffee at the perfect temperature. There is free unmetered parking outside, but only a few spaces.
Had a quick lunch. Pleasant staff, good service. Food fine, what you would expect for a coffee shop chain .
What lovely staff on our visit 30/6/2023. Only two staff on but they worked like clockwork 😉 teamwork was amazing 🤩 10/10!! Just brilliant start to our holiday 😘
Good coffee, nice and patient staff, I miss ordered my drinks and it was entirely on me, but the staff were patient with me, polite, and prepared the corrected drinks, honestly felt bad for them but really appreciated their customer service.
Best Starbucks by far unlike the one called at on the A34 Oxford on my way to Southampton and it was appalling coffee was like water and it was all down the side of the cups miserable staff and dirty toilets, the one at moorland road Stoke on Trent is faultless great coffee and friendly staff especi

By far the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been in, all the staff are naturally nice people - always chat to everyone and remember peoples names and this isn’t just one member of staff it’s all of them. Great happy vibe in the place, a credit to the Starbucks franchise 👍 👌🏻
Always lovely friendly and helpful service at this Starbucks. Pleasant and clean to sit in and enjoy a drink and a cake or quick service for a take away drink.

Great coffee, that's not much info,,I'll add a fab assortment of Healthy foods as well as those, too old to count calorie snacks lol, very pleasant staff, and spotless in a huge environment
