They don't discriminate against anyone and if They can help then they will or if they can't help personally, they will point you in the right direction to someone that can help. It's a safe space, where you can sit and have a bit of a chat over a light snack.
There's always a queue outside, so you'd do well to get there early, otherwise you might miss out on the goodies!

Amazing prices and free pastries. Wonderful if you're on a low food budget or just want a big haul of snacks. Staff are ridiculously nice.
Also offers cold drinks in a fridge, about 1£ for three.
Has a cafe I've honestly never seen open and a selection of cheap books.
Due to the nature of the store, they often sell very different things day to day: one day they're giving away free cake, one day they're having a sale on canned food.
Genuinely can't say a single bad thing about them.
Also for those that care, they sell a lot of things that were going to be thrown out elsewhere but are still fine, meaning they prevent food waste.

Love this place, friendly staff and great deals, it's a place for all budgets with items ranging from, personal hygiene, cleaning supplies, food, drink and for those in need there is a free section with the basics, bread, veg, and other niknaks.

An AMAZING and sadly, critically needed resource for anyone living on a low income. A WONDERFUL dedicated staff are there to welcome you and serve you with a huge selection of premium goods for a fraction of their original prices. They also have a FREE selection of fresh foods, that are limited to availability. I can not recommend this place enough.

Great place to get bits to tide you over and there is always some free food if you are really stuck, just make sure you take what you need as greedy people have left otherr in more need with out. Staff are great and the ever changing stock makes it fun

Excellent community shop that has fresh and out of date foods at very knocked down prices, bread, fruit, veg ang flowers are free. M&S send breads and pastrys daily.
The staff are very dedicated, shelves are restocked constantly.

It's a little gem but no bus goes there. Fine if you have a car or can walk. Defeats the purpose of going if you pay out for a taxi.
