Mcdonald's - Stoke-on-Trent - Photo album

We took our kids on a busy Friday afternoon in the school holidays. The customer service was excellent. We were advised to use the app and order table service so we could sit down straight away. Rose (one of the customer experience staff) got our children activities and showed them how to use them.
Lots of parking ,which is good because you have to park up and for ANYTHING at this location. Drinks, food, ice-cream, none of it is just handed to you from the window. Always allow twice the time you expect to spend there
McDonald's was busy and service was slow but we got our food and it was tasty as per no issues and enjoyed our meal.
Place looked very inviting. All tables were clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall very pleased with everything
Very busy always a hive of activity, food varies from perfect all the way to self assembly burger with the ingredients thrown in a box. Biggest downside to this restaurant is the traffic, built on Springfield's park there is almost certainly a queue when you arrive. Leave plenty of time to visit.
Very busy car park but we were a le to get a car parking space. We were unsure if we would get a seat but managed to get a table. The restaurant is very well laid out and the staff are very helpful. The food came out quickly and was nice and fresh. The kiddies were able to do some colouring with lot
Good place to grab fast food. Just the same as every other McDonald’s.
Fries were good here compared to other Mc Donalds since the oil used was relatively fresh. The place was busy however our order arrived on time.
Smaller McDonalds just service generally good. Expect slower when busy. May run out of parking.
Quick service. Fries were cold but cheap and cheerful!
