Enjoyed a lovely coffee Latte,Friendly staff
Just wanted to say thankyou to Dan who went out of his way to help while i was visiting with my grandaughter . He brought out an high chair for her and then told me he would bring my coffee to the table checking we ad everything we needed including a plate for my grandaughter so she could have her packed lunch
Lovely experience ...Dan was full of smiles and was a pleasure to receive some old fashioned hospitality from such a young man

My visit to Costa Coffee in Affinity Staffordshire was excellent. Even though there was a queue it did not take long to get served in an orderly fashion. As soon as someone left their table a member of staff would clear up and wipe down within seconds.
I am disabled and the staff were only to happy to take my order to the table for me. Well done to all involved. I always enjoy visiting you.
Nice coffee shop, friendly staff, good selection of food & drinks, the place was clean and very unusual to find a Costa shop with all the empty tables clean, not a tray full of dirty cups & saucers in sight.
Shame more Costa shops were following this standard
Enjoyed a lovely large cup of chai latte.Plenty of space and seating Lots to choose from apart from a lovely gluten free sandwich.Biscuts yes but not bread on this day.
Although predominantly aimed at coffee lovers, I used to be one, I found that there as plenty of range for non coffee drinkers. I asked how much sugar content was in each iced drink and despite not knowing, the lady serving me didn't think twice about searching for the answer in their folders. The service at Costa in Freeport has always been good. There is always plenty of seating both inside the shop and out on the precinct floor. Even when busy, I can sit in the shop drinking my drink without feeling as if the person on the next table is sat on top of me.
Coffee delicious plenty of tables and space service a little slow but otherwise all good

Staff are brilliant. They never stop. Tables cleared and cleaned very quickly. Toilets facilities are manky but most Costas toilet facilities are gross in my experience.
Inside the outlet centre very noisy
Love the 24hr drive thru Costa in Hanley. Staff are lovely it's always clean and welcoming. My favourite Costa shop although I like them all.
