Visited this Harvester before a football game at Stoke City. There was plenty of staff working trying very hard to serve all the football fans looking for a quick drink or bite to eat. When we entered we found a table easily despite the amount of people. The service we received was okay considering the amount of people in the pub at the time. Food came out reasonably quickly and the quality was great and tasted amazing. I'll definitely visit here or another harvester again as the food and drink options were great.

Came for dinner as I was staying at the holiday Inn express, the food was delicious and the salad bar was good (I wish it had sweetcorn), service was ok. It was also very busy. Overall, I think it's a good restaurant

I usually avoid big chains but visited today with my other half and one year old as it was convenient. We were pleasantly surprised to be fair, greeted by a friendly and helpful lady who specifically sought out and cleaned a table that would be better for a high chair. We both ordered the quarter rotisserie chicken, tasty and good value, we both ordered medium fries/sweet potato fries and got massive portions! Didn't order a kids meal as there was plenty for her to eat from he salad bar, lady serving happily gave us an extra plate. Particularly recommend for this reason if you have a baby or toddler, she was so happy munching away on the little pasta and salad selection we gave her, a much better option than you get on a lot of kids menus. Only giving 4 stars as noticed the lettuce on the salad bar was going pretty brown. Overall, good menu with lots of options, not ridiculously overpriced, fast friendly service, great for kids. Glad we chose it over the other options nearby!

Good experience here on Sun for breakfast. The menu has plenty to choose from, from sweet to savoury. There was a little bit of a wait, but that was to be expected food arrived hot and cooked perfectly. Definitely will be returning. the only improvement I would say is it would be a lot easier if you could make your own hot drinks as can be a long wait if staff are busy.

Was served by a lovely lady called Deb, who went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, nothing was too much trouble and she was knowledgeable about the menu. Mum had a gammon and chips, which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had a halloumi salad, which was freshly made and delicious. The salad bar was fresher on one side than the other, so we went for the fresh side. Overall a quite pleasant experience.

I love going to Harvester. There are fewer of them now but they are still great family restaurants to go to. We had ordered: Fish and chips Bbq ribs - full rack Bbq ribs and half chicken Fishcakes and chips. The Fishcakes were very good. The chips were not freshly cooked. The ribs and chicken were tender. As always the unlimited salad is great.

Came for dinner after going to an event at stoke sports centre. Nice place with good atmosphere and friendly staff. For was great for the price. My fiancé and little lad are vegetarian and the options for both were pretty good, more than I see in a lot of places.

It was a convenient and pleasant choice for us to have dinner here. The restaurant was clean and spacious, with a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. It was a Sunday evening but we were given seats immediately even though we didn't make a reservation in advance. Although there is parking outside, remember to register your car registration inside as it is a private car park. We enjoyed the unlimited salad bar, which had a good variety of fresh and tasty ingredients. The main courses were satisfying and mostly well cooked. The portions were generous and we were very full. For certain soft drinks, there was unlimited refills. The service was attentive and efficient, despite the restaurant being quite busy. Our waitress was polite and helpful, and she checked on us regularly. The prices were reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. We had a lovely evening and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly restaurant in Stoke on Trent.

Food took a while as they were super busy. Definitely worth booking online in advance. Molly was excellent and looked after us the best she could, even in a busy section!

Good place to eat after a long day, it was right next to our hotel. The menu is a little overwhelming (lots of text) but that means a lot of choices! Everything we ordered was of good quality and tasted good. No complaints! Staff was friendly but sometimes a little slow

Even though it was really busy, there was absolutely brilliant service. Allowed our party to split the bill so could take advantage of 2 offers. Salad bar was all topped up and fresh. Bread rolls looked good n plenty of it. Only suggestion would be to put on a lower shelf as my teenager needed help to reach it. Food was beautiful and came quickly despite how busy it was.....thanks kitchen team. Only criticism was that there was no prior warning when booking that if you come on a match day, you have to pay £8 to park to come have a meal. Plus have to pay in cash to do ...not everyone carries cash nowadays. Granted I got it back as was leaving before kick off. But would of been nice to be aware. I was travelling from out of the area and unaware about how close it was to the Britannia stadium and that it was match day.

Had a lovely meal out with my husband, mother in law and daughter. Salad bar was very sparse not much choice, but did get filled up after we had, had our salad. Service was great, we where served by a lady named lydia. Nothing was too much trouble. she was polite and seemed to know what she doing. Would of happily left a tip but didn't have cash and the option to leave a tip on card was dismissed off the screen before we could.

We often dine at Trentham Lakes Harvester for The Sunday menu or breakfast and never leave disappointed. We do our best to book when Lydia is on, as her service is outstanding. Lydia is so friendly and nothing is too much for her. When Lydia realised it was my birthday, a hot chocolate with a candle arrived, along with Lydia singing happy birthday to me, totally unexpectedly. I highly recommend. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My wife and I are visiting from Canada and stopped off at the Harvester for our meal. We both chose the chargrilled chicken and balanced salad bowl after talking with our server, Lydia, about our options. Her knowledge of the menu and customer service skills were amazing. She made our visit very memorable. The food was delicious, and thanks to Lydia's personality. We will be back.
