Dirty place !! My wife had to asked them clean the area before we could sit down other then that we ordered table Service and it was really quick and warm
Really great food served hot on arrival tasted as a KFC should .However the wait times were really bad. They were clearly short staffed had to wait for my zinger burger around 20 minutes for them to cook it .Tables were dirty and not cleaned , it overall was ok for a kfc .

A nice place to sit and enjoy the taste of real Kentucky. This place offers dine in or take away. In middle of city and view of the streets. But as a customer for many times, I felt all their items are with an extra salt flavor. I'm not sure is that the way they offer or there was some mistake.
I’m liking the many compact electronic kiosks to place orders! Better than large electronic kiosks in other locations

Quite busy in here tonight, very quickly served, though. Food a boneless banquet was very nice indeed. Hot and perfectly cooked.
The staff were so helpful and nice, they would deserve a raise for sure. The food was fantastic. The place is inherently small in Hanley town centre. However, the view makes up for the lack of seats. Overall great experience. Thank you ladies!
I have edited my review. This visit the food was great and the staff seamed a little older and more respectful and definitely more efficient. It sounds like the management has listened to previous reviews. Keep up the good work

Quality of food is nice
I've not had KFC in a while after my last few KFC meals which they weren't amazing so I was sort-of put off. Me and my partner were really hungry that day so we gave in and went here. This KFC was actually really good. I hated the chips when they changed it (tbf never really liked them) but the ones I had here were good. Maybe they've changed them again, idk.
We ordered through the screens and it was ready pretty quickly, considering it was lunchtime. I didn't go to the toilets so no idea if they were clean or not but the little seating area was clean. Once someone leaves the staff cleans up the table soon after.
We visited KFC Parliament Row Hanley 8/7/22 at 12.05 pm, I worked for a KFC franchise in Macclesfield 1980 to 81, since then I've not found a KFC that tasted as good as in the 80s until I visited this restaurant. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the chips were hot and a decent cup of tea. The Staff are friendly and professional, we had a memorable visit. We all hark back to past experiences with food, I can honestly say the food we had took me back to the past, definitely visiting this restaurant again, Thank You.

For the first time in ages my order was correct immediately. Very impressed. It's not that difficult (to me). Mini fillet burgers with normal mayo instead of pepper mayo. But anyway, Heather got it right straight away. Big thankyou to her.
