Very nice and relaxed atmosphere to get out of the rain.
Had a lovely coffee before getting on our way.
Would definitely recommend
We had a lovely experience today 16.10.2023, our server Brandon was very polite and friendly. We both ordered sweet chilli chicken wrap with chips which was lovely and would have again. Service very fast. Just a shame there's no longer hot chocolate as an option?
Food is good and easy to order online at the table. Staff very friendly and fast.
The two kids shared a rack of ribs which was more than enough. I had a chicken burger. All the food was delicious. You have to order in the app and there's no menus which is a bit of a pain. The food took a while to come too. Food was really good though - especially for a theme park. Average price too.
Expensive for the quantity, although the food tasted good. The service is not really service, as its "here's your table order in the App".... Did I mention expensive!.... My advice, bring a picnic!
This is a lovely place to stop to eat at Alton Towers, lovely staff and great value food, £3.00 for a sprite is a little over the top. Expect to wait a while to get in and a seat, but once in you can order food and pay for food through your phone if you prefer. Food arrived quickly after ordering was plentiful and tasty.
Alright, we only went in for afternoon drinks. We were enticed by the nachos but in the end we only had drinks. We ordered online using the code on the table and it was brought to the table after 5 or so minutes. The staff were polite and helped us to get our Merlin discount. The tables were clean and well spaced for social distancing. A great family vibe. Will be going again.
As far as theme park resturants this was great well cooked food at ok prices. Better quality than rollercoaster resturant. Will go next visit to Alton Towers
A more comfortable dining experience compared to most other options in the theme park, nicer food but could be expensive for a family versus the fast food outlets however I would use again.
Really enjoy this place everytime we go, easy to order, quick to come and tastes so good.
Sweet chili wrap everytime!
Good food not a bad price especially for theme park will definitely return
Decent enough food, on the expensive side. £6 a pint. Covered outdoor seating got us out of the rain,
Woodcutters has always been a decent place to eat in the park, sadly however with the new catering company taking over this season aramark. The quality has gone down hill and prices have gone up.
Even MAP discount really doesn't help much anymore so I'm either going to CBBC's land and getting a kid meal or bring my own food.
Sorry Towers but I love you but amamark needs to go, but I would guess they are here to stay for a few years yet 😭😭😭
Well spaced tables in these Covid times. Friendly and efficient service. Giving 4 stars as there are only 2 vegan/vegetarian items on the menu; a burger or a chilli rice option. A vegetarian wrap or fish option would be good. Restaurant is suitable for all ages. Lots of room for pushchairs and wheelchair accessible.
Providing you can get in, as it gets busy. The food is actually surprisingly tasty. The stack up burger? That hit different. Sure, you'll have to remortgage to feed a family of five but it fills you up to a point that Smilers 14 inversions seem like the worst idea ever.
