The staff were very friendly and I really enjoyed my cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and my millionaires shortcake and the peppermint herbal tea I had today,I have been there twice this week,we are in holiday on stoke on Trent.
Staff are absolutely amazing & can’t do enough. I’m always greeted with a smile & they’re super friendly. Food is always spot on & they make the best lattes in the shopping centre! Always my go-to place
Been going here for years. The staff that I aee have worked there for years too and they are lovely, despite having to work extremely hard due to a recent change in staffing levels. I feel sorry for them. The company obviously doesnt value them and I'm considering boycotting for that reason.
Stopped here for a bit of lunch during a shopping trip 🛍️. Plenty of sandwiches, toasties or panini's to choose from to eat and a good selection of delicious muffins and drinks. Plenty of tables free and a quick and easy lunch stop.
Visited here on 29th September. Both the service and food were excellent. I felt really welcomed and valued as a customer.
Have been a few times before and it has always been a great experience. This time was no different, I would highly recommend.

Coffee was a bit bland on the day we visited at the Potteries Centre compared to when we normally visit the one at Affinity Staffordshire. As with everywhere prices have gone up recently, you don't get much change from £20 for two drinks, muffins & stroop waffles.
