Riverside Cafe - Stoke-on-Trent - Photo album

This café, is not just a cafe, it also a take away shop and a fish and chip shop, staff was really friendly and it was an interesting place, food was good, and it's out in a remote place with plenty of great roads.
Service was really lovely. Lovely personal atmosphere for a fast food cafe but some tables hadn't been cleared. Food was good. Pizza dough very good and generous toppings. Deep pan, hot and fresh.
The photo doesn't do it justice (was taken inside a tent hence the colour) but this was some of the best fish and chips/mushie peas I've had. Really really tasty well cooked fish, hand cut chippies which were cooked to perfection, and a generous portion of mushie peas. Much to my delight! I'm usual
Just love their ice creams & cakes 👍 not tried anything else food wise yet. Views are fantastic, staff very friendly 👍
Used the fish bar again and definitely 5 star food was great. We're sure it won't be the last 👍 Fish chips and peas 😋 the fish was whiter than white
Ordered pizza and chips, got that plus some lovely conversation. Food was great and the owner was very friendly. Took a menu back to my AirBnB to help promote this great local business. Only concern was the FB said they only take cash, but this was outdated. Does take cash or card, so no complaints!
Lovely takeaway with fantastic service. Plenty of variety on the menu and very reasonably priced.
Great place, visited twice whilst we was staying in the area in our caravan. Fish & chips we're the best we've ever tasted "fresh" 👌🏻. Chicken kebab & pizza was also divine 😋. Deffo visit if your in the area, you'll not be disappointed. Friendly staff, reasonably priced, quality food!
A short walk from Crowtrees Farm where we are staying. Had fish and chips Friday and lovely Pizza yesterday.
Delicious as always, had a 5 minute wait whilst the fish and chips were fresh cooked... But we'll worth the wait! CASH ONLY
Very nice cafe, the best fish and chips we have had. Really nice couple running it.
Food is lovely. Fish is amazing and portions are huge
Stopped on the way back from a walk in the Roaches and so pleased we did. We had the best fish and chips I've had in a long time. Cooked to perfection and very generous portion. Older man very friendly but the young lad serving needs to take some lessons from him how to be pleasant to customers.
Probably the best fish and chips I've ever had. I really enjoyed them. Freshly cooked in front of me and only a 5 minute wait while the kind owner took the time to talk to me . Great food and great customer service.
Excellent meal really well cooked first class service can't wait to go back
Got back to the car late after walking eleven miles of the Manifold Way. Googled fish and chip shops and the Riverside Cafe was the closest. Very friendly owner, all cooked fresh while you wait. Busy and popular with the locals, which is always a good sign. Excellent value, highly recommended.
Staying at the Crowtrees caravan site while taking in the beautiful Staffordshire Peak District we had a delicious Cheese and Mushroom Omelette, Battered Sausages and a Chicken Curry and Chips. All absolutely perfect. Great service.
We make a special journey when we fancy fish and chips. They are to die for just like the the great chips I remember when I was child. Everything made to order. Well worth the wait. Excellent service and excellent food its a food heaven cafe.
