Can't express how grateful we are to the staff for opening up the pub and making us food on their day off just for us to remember our late Gramps who sadly passed away just before his birthday. We were still able to celebrate in his favourite pub. Thank you to Stacey, Amanda and Martin. Xx

Local family pub with good drinks choice and large garden in a village setting. Friendly staff and good prices.
Recommended to anyone who wants a traditional pub.
My only issue with The Bush is that it is quite difficult to access in my wheelchair and there isn't an accessible toilet. That being said, when I have been there with my family the staff are always really helpful and they always make sure that we can get seating that suits our needs.

Great pub, great atmosphere,superbly maintained beer garden due to pruning excellence from Bob Williams, park views and rolling countryside to enjoy, children welcome apart from on the pool table..oh,just don't wind up the landlord!!
Had a meal this lunchtime at this lovely country pub after walking with Biddulph ramblers. The food was all homemade, served hot and very tasty. Prices are reasonable and service excellent. Thank you.
Superb range of traditional ales, superb home cooked food all served by friendly, helpful staff. What's not to like? You certainly won't regret it that's for sure.

Traditional local in the centre of the village. Recently started doing breakfasts as well as lunchtime food. Usually at least three real ales. Pool table, darts etc plus beer garden.
