Loved this restaurant so much whilst I was a uni student. Perfect place to go for birthdays and family meals. The staff were great when we went for a friend’s birthday and brought out the cake for us and even let us use the fountain candles. We were so incredibly grateful.

Awesome food ,awesome drinks and portion size is really good… the staff is really cheerful and helpful…. We had a great time !! we booked out table and requested for a baby chair , when we reached it was already set up with colouring kit , kids menu etc… Especially potato skins,pasta , pizza and loa
Very nice food. We had the share platter. Service was also good. Prices are bit expensive we thought for a chain restaurant. £50 for a shared meal and 4 coffees with a tip.
Food was great! Came for my birthday and couldn't find my voucher and our server Charlotte very kindly comped one of the meals off of the bill even though we couldn't find the voucher! At first our drinks were a bit flat and she also replaced them instantly for us which was very great of her. Absolu
"Stacks takeaway" from Frankie and Bennys. Really tasty burgers, arrived quickly and hot. Would recommend to anyone wanting a half decent burger.
Visited in January in the evening and ate from the set menu. Food was good value for money and tasted great. Service from staff was a little slow to start but once up and running was also excellent.
We had the pleasure of being served by Charlotte at Frankie and Benny's, and I must say her service was absolutely fabulous! Service and atmosphere was good. Food was also good but I thought that the Caesar salad portion was rather small in comparison to everybody else’s meal. The portion was more suited to a side dish rather than a main meal. The calamari was also delicious and very fresh.
Food was really nice, hot & tasty! 10/10.
The only fault was some noisy children on another table but that can’t be helped. Natalie was our server & she was very efficient, nothing was too much trouble 👍🏼
We had Charlotte as our waitress today who was really friendly and extremely helpful when we were trying to choose what to eat. Even though she was very busy, she was still smiling and asked how our food was as she walked by. The meal was lovely too.
Served by the absolutely amazing (insert 5 more positive adjectives) Saskia who not only made the drinks but served and slayed the house down. Never seen a server with so much passion and will to get my food to me. Her cocktail skills were fab and quick almost as if she was a bartender herself. She

We were served by Aura who got us fed and watered within 20 minutes! Even tempted me with pudding but I couldn’t fit it! Would absolutely come again for both the food and amazing service
Our waiter was absolutely lovely. He appeared very young, but I suspect that that was due to me being old.
Nothing was too much trouble. He was charming, courteous, and delightful.

Earlier today my girlfriend and i went to Frankies and we had a great time - we ordered a pizza as well as loaded buffalo chicken fries. Not only was the food and the atmosphere great, our server called Maddie was very helpful when we were choosing food options and was always very pleasant to talk
