Called on way home and meet my family there. From start to finish the staff got it spot on. The food portion sizes are massive. The food was lovely and handmade. Wish I could have had space for a pudding. Keep up the good work defo going back
Call on the off chance that we could have a meal for Mother’s Day. Very obliging staff, they found us a table in the bar area. Lovely atmosphere . We chose the Cavery, delicious food and plenty of choice. Friendly staff and great service.
I had my baby shower today, the staff were amazing and the food was amazing. Thank you so much for having us. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again x
Excellent place , lovely food, great surroundings, recommend to anyone!!😊
Gorgeous thatched roof, spacious parking and lovely selection of ales and beer.
Interior design was really lovely, made it feel very homely and comfortable.
Exceptional wait staff, very well mannered and attentive.
Food was fantastic.
The wait time was very reasonable.
Plenty of comfortable seating which all matched and weren't tacky like many other pubs.
Well priced especially for how delicious the food was.
Really well thought out menu.
Couldn't praise Bleeding Wolf any higher.
Wish I could give more stars.
Been tonight for my sisters 60th birthday meal & we weren't disappointed, lovely staff, lovely food & fab service, would definately recommend
We've been to the bleeding wolf today for the American car show. This was my second time here and once again we loved it. The reason I'm leaving this review though is because of the kindness of the chef passing us the cut offs for the dog. So kind a friendly and such a lovely place. Thank you!
The staff are very friendly, there's a lovely pub garden, the food is fresh and tasty, and there's loads going on...music nights, quiz on Sundays and themed days. All in the lovely Cheshire countryside
We had just flown into Manchester Airport and on our way back to the Midlands, when we came across this little gem of a pub the food was delicious and the staff were excellent,
Many thanks to Alisha Maria and Jack .

Lovely atmosphere, staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Food is very nice and the meal portions are generous. Building is beautiful and the Bleeding Wolf has an interesting history.
Fab afternoon, good gin/beer and great music, will defo go again, well done to all the staff.
Lovely spot serving a solid pub grub menu. We were quite a large group so had booked a small room. The service was excellent, with the food coming out quickly even given our group size. Good atmosphere in the pub, would recommend 🍻
We decided to try The Bleeding Wolf from someone else’s recommendation.
Parking is around the back of the pub, loads of parking available! The pub is clearly very dog friendly with a “dog station” outside and a dog friendly section inside the pub. We visited the pub around 4:30pm on a Thursday and the pub already was quite busy.
Service was prompt and each person was super friendly. We had starters and mains and the portions were big!
Somewhere we’d visit again.
Really nice pub. Service was very quick, food was nice. Main meals were reasonably priced, with us utilising the Chippy Tuesday deal, but desserts were overpriced and relatively small portions for £8. There was a large beer garden that was well looked after and a large kids playground behind the pub.
A lovely, busy pub with plenty of outdoor seating and a kids play area. The beer garden is away from the road and there are chickens wondering around for added interest! The thatched roof and unusual name make it stand out when driving past.
A good choice of drinks, we haven't eaten there yet but have visited for drinks twice now. We sat inside once over winter and outside recently in early summer. We have a number of friends who have eaten there a multiple times and they have all said the food is lovely.
For me, the strangest thing was the gents toilet! It has what looks like 2 individual cubicles but when you open door number 2, you find 3 urinals!! Very odd...
A very lovely evening spent celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. We were a party of 14. The service, food and staff were all of a very high standard. Thank you so much for making our evening such a memorable one. We will definitely be returning. 100% recommend.
Lovely traditional pub where you can chill in informal lounge and dining areas.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly, as were the locals.
The Roast Pork and Beef and Bacon Burger were tasty and great value.
Additionally, there was a great selection of ales and lagers available.
Lovely meal here last night in the late evening sunshine, outside, with the chickens wandering about. Lovely food, salmon was so good. So lucky to this pub so close
Delightful food and service Lovely play area for children and the free range chucks Often visited by local car clubs
7/5/23 return visit although busy food and service was excellent Great atmosphere and vibe and the building is full of charm and character.
Can't recommend this place highly enough. Everything you want in a traditional pub. Impressive food, decent wine, dog friendly, beautiful building, great decor, special history, and extremely friendly and helpful staff who can't do enough for you. Plus very nicely located for some great walks.
It was a busy afternoon but we were well looked after & the sandwiches were great. The main menu looked so good booked in for my birthday meal & can’t wait although May have difficulty actually choosing what to have
