First time visiting. I wasn't sure what to expect.. The staff were lovely, the manager Callum was very patient with me asking a barrage of questions (I'm fussy eater & have allergies).
The burger & fries I ordered were SO good, I haven't had a burger THAT good in a while. I found the prices to ve pretty ok. It's a bit steep for a bottle of water, but I can live with it as the food made up for it!

First visit and didn't disappoint.. The milkshake was amazing (best I ever had) and burger tasty. Fries nice. Little on the expensive side but as they say... You get what you pay for. Milkshake prepped quickly and food took a while to arrive but worth the wait. Recommend a visit (even for the one of treat/indulgence now and then.)
I LOVE this place. The burgers are amazing, and they have unlimited toppings…you can have as many or as few as you choose. The milkshakes are delicious, and they give you enough fries to feed an army! We made the mistake of ordering 2 portions of fries, and we got enough to feed 10. It’s a little more pricey than McDonald’s, but it’s well worth it. Not a frozen ingredient in sight…except for the ice cream, of course. Everything is freshly made! The staff are friendly. Obviously a very well managed store.

Unlike other burger bars we have visited recently.
The decor was amazing and they had a big pile of potatoes for everyone to see, Personally I thought it was a really cool addition to the decoration. I got a bacon and cheese burger and an oreo milkshake. It was amazing although I would suggest bringing your own straws, The paper ones just close up when you try to drink out of them. But overall it was an amazing time.
Delicious burgers, just pricey!
Server was really kind and offered me a free drink despite not ordering one.

Great tasting burgers 🍔 small fries was enough to feed two of us, which was well advised by the helpful lady which took our order.
Would definitely return and much more filling than the "usual" burger places available in the close vicinity.

First experience of Five Guys in England, only had a milkshake previously in America. Friendly staff and loved the way you can unlimited toppings on the burgers! My burger was missing the onions, bbq sauce and I would have liked the cheese to have been melted. The large fries were more than enough for 2 people, love the extra scoops thrown in the bag. Overall, a good burger and goes straight into one of my favourites in the North East. Everything is fresh here too so you don't mind paying a little extra!
A human takes your order instead of a machine - nice touch.
The first part of the drive through is quite swift.
You usually wait a little while at the last window for your actual meal to be made.
I'm gluten free so I have a burger which comes inside lettuce leaves. I still eat it with a knife and fork- they give you wooden disposable ones. They tell the kitchen if you have an allergy.
I like the Cajun fries. It's like the normal fries with Cajun seasoning.
Costs more than a usual drive through but it's quality food compared to others. Well worth it.
It was fantastic, great service, great burger! Was a problem with the til and they dealt with it brilliantly. Only downside was that they had ran out of the lager I wanted but the bud was just as good 👍
Great food / milkshakes as always. Music was way too loud the server clearly didn't hear my order and I received the wrong thing. Went back to rectify it and server was queried by another member of staff about what I ordered - they couldn't hear the question. 🤷♀️ Received the right order in the end so at least is was rectified.
Decent food made better by the staff, think they were called lennon and callum absolutely top class went above and beyond, top blokes - other man in black shirt was quite rude wirh staff. Other than that top quality.
My favorite bacon cheese burgers is from here.
I think adding no sauce is better taste. Strawberry milk shake is banging. The price is high, but all US burger chains are the same.

Five Guys’ first U.K. Drive Thru lives up to its usual tasty style. Expect a bit of a queue at peak meal times, but very well organised by an abundance of staff fielding cars & orders.
