Very beautiful place, everything looks like a fairytale. Posh cakes and the ice cream is just like in Italy. Thank you to the lovely staff, we will come back to try those amazing looking waffles. :) Best dessert place in Teesside for sure.

Happy Spoons in Ingleby Barwick is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and a tantalizing array of desserts/sweets. Every item I purchased was a delightful explosion of flavor; a true testament to the culinary expertise of the Happy Spoons team.
The staff were beyond exceptional, providing a level of service that was amazing. Their efficiency was remarkable, ensuring that I received my order promptly. What's even better is that all this incredible taste and service came at an affordable price!
I can confidently say that Happy Spoons has set a new standard for dessert shops. This will undoubtedly be my go-to spot from now on.

My wife and son love the crepes here and we get them all the time. The last time we ordered was for my son's birthday and they made him a special ice cream for free which was really cute and kind. Would definitely recommend for any dessert fans.

Several months ago, the first time I came here some chav girl behind the counter told me we couldn’t sit in despite it being an hour from closing time. She was really rude so I left.
Today I was greeted by a really lovely lady. The selection is amazing and everything looked like in the movies - think Willy Wonka! This is a cute venue, very nicely decorated.
The nice lady offered us samples. I ended up getting a scoop of chocolate orange ice cream and a cappuccino which came to £7. The coffee came with a little piece of shortbread which was cute. I think that’s really reasonably priced. The whole place is very reasonably priced considering the quality, so I don’t know why others are commenting about how expensive this place is. Clearly they’ve never been to a dessert parlour before because this is pretty standard pricing.
I ordered my partner a cake to take home and was very jealous when he ate it later on!
Only two area of suggested improvement. The font in the menu is a little hard to read. And the place was really cold today but I noticed they did turn the heating on when we came in which was appreciated.

Ice cream that tastes just like it does in Italy, ever since I tried this, no english ice cream compares. Delicious crepes with fresh fruit as well. I love going here, would recommend to anyone if they are in the ingleby area. 👍
Visited with my mam for afternoon tea for her birthday. Everything was absolutely perfect. There was so much cake!!

Love this place. So glad you have many options for drinks now, with lots of varieties of tea - we were a large group with dietary restrictions & allergies and there was something for everyone. Ice cream was spot on as usual and loved my cake. Excellent service from Chloe and all the other young ladies, so friendly and patient with the little ones. Hope to be back soon.

Happy Spoon have moved to new premises in Ingleby Barwick opposite Tesco. What an amazing place. The owners have excelled themselves to make this one very special ice cream parlour. Click and collect, sit in or soon to be delivering again. Drop by. The ice cream and everything else is made on the premises daily. Best Gelato in Tees Valley.
Lovely food and even better service. Have us a free tub of vanilla ice cream with our waffle.
You can sit in or take away, we like to take it away and for around £5.50 you get 3 large scoops, sauce and a lot of sugary toppings which are delicious. Nice selection of ice creams but saw waffles and other things too. We like to go for a payday treat.
Staff have always been friendly.
The ice cream is really nice and the kids play area is great value for money. I will definitely come again.
Me and my mother ordered a cookie dough each as it was my birthday today and it made us a lot more full than a proper cake and made my day more than ever couldn't be anymore happy wonderful desserts 🍪🍪🍨
Beautiful place with very nice decorations, love the design, even the music is suitable for the fairy tale atmosphere. The prices are more than reasonable for what you get. You can't get their type of cakes anywhere near, maybe Italy or France. The cake domes are my favourite and my husband is crazy for their Italian cannoli. Everything is baked there and they even make their own ice cream. Thank you to the young man who served us. Second time visiting but not the last for sure 😁
Nice little place but every time we have been its empty yet all the tables are reserved so you cant sit inside. We sat outside for a while and lots of people were commenting on the same thing.
