We had a lovely cup of tea to break up the Christmas shopping. This shop doesn't have the same space around the tables that the one across the high street has. It was steamy and not well-ventilated so with COVID, it may not be a place I return to quickly.

Went in this morning for a hot drink before I set off on a trip back home. I got my order quickly and was given good customer service from Leonie and her colleague behind the counter.
I enjoyed by tea and bacon sarnie. They double-checked everything and were friendly- cant ask for much more!

The staff in this costa are lovelyvery helpful and always happyl. Prefer this one much better to the one inside next where the staff are not as patient and sometimes rude
The service was great. Food and drinks were nice especially the brownies and the new strawberry lemonade. There was no toilet roll and three of the hourly checks in the toilets had been missed. Overall, very good
Great coffee and snacks. I like this chain better than Starbucks. We were looking for somewhere to hang out and stay warm while waiting for the Stockton Flyer to make an appearance. Make a stop and kick back.
