Cannot thank the staff here enough for what they did for me Fri 18 Aug '23:- I am severely disabled but mobile [very slowly] and on my arrival at this branch about 2pm, I was greeted by a barrier at the door due, apparently, to a damaged paving stone which had been repaired and was setting, and so everyone was being diverted to the other entrance/exit on the far side of the building. The branch manager came out to me, checked over the flooring, then switched on the doors to save me going 'the long way'. He then arranged for staff to take my order at table and have it brought to me. I had originally decided to go into the branch as I am sick of never seeing anybody and wanted the change in routine, but I was prepared to hobble back to the car to use the Drive-thru instead, seeing as I had managed to get this far. The difference this made to my day is immeasurable, and I cannot express adequately how appreciated this gesture was.

It's too good, you can see a big queue in the drive through,neat and tidy place.But it's a little bit crowded inside the shop always , wheelchair access is also available ,car parking and we can access the wheelchair in the door.toilet is also inside.customer friendly staff there,we can enjoy a great time with McDonald's.I will recommend for family and friends

Noticable location with parking space. Neat and clean. Lots of seating that fits for family and friends. Staffs are so welcoming in attitude. Wheelchair♿access is available. Toilet facility is also there ,very neat and tidy.Its little bit crowed inside there and you can see a queue always in the drive through area, it's near the tees park so you can come there with family, wife and kid's it will be a good shopping experience and spend some relaxing time there.car parking facility also available with wheelchair entrance.card facility and dine in also inside the McDonald's.
