I would like to thank all the lovely staff in the Brew House who were very helpful and kind to me after the fall I had this afternoon in Thornaby. The coffee and tea were served at correct temperature. Also the cherry and coconut scones were fresh and very tasty. Customer service was excellent ππ€©π€©π€©π

The staff are polite.and always ready to help.Lovely friendly atmosphere.they even provide cards at the till.That you can put on your table.if your alone but would love to chat.Beverages and food.are quite pricey.
Love this place, Staff are so friendly and helpful. I use a crutch to help walk and the Staff always carry my order to my seat. Keep up the good work xx
Use this coffee place quite often..staff excellent and scones to die for!! Need to clear tables a bit better tho
I have only been to this place a few times with my boyfriend and I only live round the corner, and I love the food and customer service. I would really like to work there if any jobs are going.
