A Great High Street Pub. A traditional Stockton Pub that has been a favorite for decades. Great beer and drinks and they even have board games to play. The food is reasonably priced too.
Lovely tasty meal. Jo, Kersty Alex and chef Jane very welcoming and helpful. Great time before our Globe trip to see Rocky Horror

The Royal Oak turned out to be a really great find when I visited last Sunday while desperately searching for a place to watch the 6 Nations Scotland France match. Surprised to find a wide range of well kept beers, including good Cask IPAs. Apart from my guilty secret, Park Crackling, I did not try

Lovely people behind the bar, they made you feel so welcome, dog friendly. My partner and I both had fish there which was cooked to perfection, not many pub restaurants can cook fish properly, looking forward to trying the rest of the menu and a great looking menu they have, definitely recommend The
