Had a lovely afternoon Sunday lunch here. Bottomless gravy and Yorkshire puddings beautifully presented and tastes amazing. My only gripe was the roast potatoes. Flat very hard like they were left under a heat lamp and the mash potatoes although lovely could have been drunk through a straw. Other than that a lovely venue for dinner with lots of aviation history to look at and talk about and a lovely view of the new housing estate with some beautiful houses and the hills in the background.

First time ever visiting The Aviator on Friday evening the 5th May, my mum and dad were treating me and hubby. We celebrated hubby's birthday and our Wedding Anniversary. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady who took us to our table, as we were passing the waitresses they gave us a really lovely warm welcome as well. We were looked after by the delightful Sarah K who was just so good and a true credit to you. Nothing was too much trouble for Sarah she was spot on and was looking after Ben who had only just started working at the pub on the Friday, again what a lovely young man he was. The food was really fab so tasty and everything was bought to the table in a timely professional manner but most importantly service with a smile. When the desserts came the team even sang happy birthday to hubby which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back keep doing what your doing the Customer Service was second to none. See you soon. Thank you Mel , Steve, Jean & Brian 😉

Really nice atmosphere, attentive staff. The lunch time 2 course meal is really good value. It gets really busy, so book if possible. If you want to go to the restaurant section. Otherwise you can probably find a seat somewhere as its a big pub. I've been a few times at 12.30 mid week, and it has been surprisingly busy. It's immaculately clean. The toilets are 10/10.

Quick, and professional service. Food was promptly made, served, and perfectly cooked. Nothing to complain about at all — which is rare enough 😂

Pleasantly surprised. Food excellent. Freshly cooked and variety on the menu. Sarah K especially attentive and helpful, but all the staff were engaged and made a lot of effort to serve well. Please pay them well. Congratulations to whoever trains and selects the staff. We came back the following day as we were so impressed. Not too nois, so you can talk around the table. We didn't feel rushed. Eating out is expensive, but for the experience here it feels like much better value for money than some other places.

We had the early bird meal, which was very good value. I had prawn cocktail which was a generous portion, followed by steak and chips, the steak was good quality my only 1 criticism is I would have liked a bit of salad with it and would have paid extra. The staff were very good with our 2 children 3 and 6.

Easily a 5* if some things are tweaked. Ordered some starters to share for the table and no side plates were supplied so had to use the provided serviette to eat over. Most staff are friendly, front of house could of been abit more friendly thought as though it was an inconvenience for her with no smiles. Food was easily some of the nicest I’ve eaten in a long time especially the Sunday roast. The unlimited gravy is great along with the unlimited Yorkshire puddings although I don’t think you will need many of them as the portion sizes are perfect!

Truly amazing! Amazing atmosphere, great service and the food was just divine. I had the lamb shank and it was beautiful. We were seated right away with our drinks to us in seconds. The decor was beautiful to match. Thank you for such a lovely evening.

Really cosy considering it's size, it's clean, dog friendly and the staff are brilliant. Whatever you need, they are there! The food was amazing. We did the lite lunch, 3 courses for £16.45. Absolutely fantastic value for what you got. They have now moved on to the cosy lunch for Autumn 2022 and we will be back to sample those tasty meals too. Have to give an extra shout out to Ian our barman/server who was a really top guy and made our day! Just a quick note to book ahead where possible if you are going for food as it gets super busy at times.

Very modern estate pub. Part of large Redrow development. Not a big fan of estate pubs (dying all over the country in local authority post WW2 estates.) This estate has some £1 million houses. Pub welcomes drinkers as well as diners. Very good pint of Lees bitter. John Willy Lees put a lot of effort into their new pubs now-a-days. Back in the 70's they built an ugly pub in the ugly Manchester Arndale Called ... The John Willy Lees. A toilet in a giant toilet.Come a long way.

New Bar/Restaurant opened in Bramhall/Woodford. We was welcomed upon arriving and was quickly shown to our table. Excellent service upon arrival. The waitress came to the table with the menu's and information us with specials of the day. We ordered drinks (2 Coffees and a Large Coke) the Coffees was made perfect, probably the best I've had in a Pub/Restaurant. We ordered from the set 3 course menu £16.95. We chose... Starter: 1 soup of the day and 2 black pudding fritters. All perfect, hot and perfect size. Mains: 1 Fish Cake and 2 6oz steaks and Chips. Steaks should have been mid rare. Unfortunately we had to send the first 2 steaks back as they was well under cooked in fact you could say they was still mooing. The staff handed it in a professional manner and brought back two perfectly cooked steaks. EXCELLENT SERVICE. Pudding: This was perfect. Two Stickey Chocolate Puddings. Delicious. Overall we had a great experience, I can't fault any point of the Experience. The staff and service was excellent and made the afternoon every enjoyable, THANK YOU. We will definitely be going back in the very near future. A small add on: Toilets are up stairs, perfectly clean. Disabled toilets are on the ground floor.
