Nine times out of ten, my experience here tends to be good. For whatever reason, I couldn't use my points due to bad customer service, none of the staff knew how to work the app. A bit of a pain consider I'm 360 stars up.

Had a lovely experience at Starbucks this afternoon. The staff, Megan and Chan, were lovely and friendly and Megan gave me lots of compliments! They made my morning :)
I've visited this Starbucks a few times whilst waiting for trains from Stockport station. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, no matter how busy they are. The place is also very clean, which means I can have a nice sit down inside whilst enjoying a coffee and croissant :)
Staff are so friendly and bubbly even at 8am. Oli particularly was making customers laugh and smile, very nice way to start the morning. Keep up the good work and energy everyone it makes a dull morning brighter.
Lovely staff, friendly and welcoming even at 6am on a cold wet Monday morning! Michelle always recognises me and has a lovely cheery smile and a hello. Great coffee & porridge for the journey too 🥰
They Always have Great service and coffee here. Especially Nahid is so warm and welcoming and i love that she even remembers my orders

But there was a very welcoming barrista with a long blue hair tie who was pleasant to everyone and chatting happily
It was a nice place to be while i waited for my train

Efficient staff and incredibly fast service which is perfect for a busy station. I went in and the queue was almost out the door but I was served and had my drink prepared in less than 5 minutes! Clean tables and plenty of seating.
The home of the one minute Mocha! Made my order as the train pulled in. 1 minute later I was aboard, coffee in hand! Very friendly, welcoming staff.
Michelle and team are absolutely brilliant - come on twice a week for my Americano on trip to Sheffield - thy are one of the friendliest teams I’ve met in Starbucks. They are so helpful and always a lovely touch that they remember your name and order :). They are really efficient and quick service
