Great little pub serving a wide selection of craft beers, real ales and other beverages. Also has a cracking live music scene too. I’ve been a number of times and never disappointed.
Superb hidden gem of stockport if you're into live bands. The musicians that play here are some of the best of the best and i've also had the privilege of performing there a handful of times. Brilliant owners that are down to earth and have a proper passion for the arts and creative scene.
What a lovely little find, a little lived in lounge esque proper live music pub. For the locals but very inviting and we felt right at home. Good music choices - The Smiths, the Cure all being sung along to. Looks to be a blues festival venue in September - would defo come back for that.
Always have a good night. Great bands. Beers on tap could do with work.

I've been in here several times and always has a great night because I love live music. They started an open mic night on a Thursday which I went to and it was great! The beers are good and the guys that run it are ace. It's a real highlight of Stockport and everyone I've spoken to in there have always been well down to earth.

Lovely, small, old fashioned blues club. Always worth a visit if you are in the area. Small range of draught beers, but virtually, every spirit known to man!
Great intimate gig venue, owner and bar lady are both really friendly. Quality bands from near and far! Only thing I'd add is more variety of quality wines, I'm not a fan of beer!
Place dedicated to all types of live music and is friendly to all.
This is a hidden gem, regular live music, the bar sells an excellent range of cask beers ( ever changing) and a good selection of other drinks, the owners and staff are really friendly! The drinks are reasonably priced and although a small compact venue nothing to lose in trying it out and I am sure you will not be disappointed if you enjoy live bands in a pub atmosphere!

Great local venue for bands. Amazing cider selection. Landlord from Dorset. Very ‘Stockport’, thank heaven there are still places like this...most shut down all over now by Big Brother. Had a lovely relaxing evening there. BTW a great Porter available instead of the ubiquitous Guinness ...
Mainly a live music venue the proprietor Mike Swan is a true 'legend'. Intimate space great atmosphere and good choice of drinks at reasonable prices. If you like live music of all genres...give it a whirl.
One of tge two Stockport Live music venues. Good cask ale, happy pleasent free entry and a pot on the table to pay for the bands (memories of the old Bakers Vaults). A little shabby and need some investment and marketing
