Good quality home cooked foods at reasonable prices and a warm welcome to all.
Home made fish finger were amazing, photo attached
We are in there every Saturday which goes to show how good it is as we wouldn't return week after week. Really missed them when they were closed for a few weeks as no where as good as this for cooked to order food.

Visited The Mermaid Friary for the 1st time today. The service was brilliant - orders taken from the table. Food arrived very quickly and was piping hot and A1 quality - best chips I've had in a long time! Have paid more money in other places for food much poorer quality. Will certainly be visiting
Really appreciate the option of vegetarian sausages and without doubt the best fry up in Stockport! The eggs are always cooked to perfection and its really well presented and well priced. I love a full English breakfast. This is my new favourite cafe in Stockport. Food is good, service is great & it's CLEAN. Friendly staff as well.... what's not to like? Highly recommended.
