Love it here. We visit regularly and sit inside and the food is always consistently great. It has always had a nice atmosphere and look but they’ve made some changes inside and out and it’s even better. We like the new booths and seating. The improvements to the eating area have made the surroundings more socially friendly . The fish chips peas and drink meal is exceptionally good , the fish , in particular , is always excellent
I have been having taylors for lunch every Thursday for years now. Its the best chippy by far and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I can recommend the gf chips, sausage and beans and my family love the nuggets and the fish too. 100% recommend. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Always a delight coming here. Amazing food, great service and reasonable pricing. Lovely stop off for dinner or tea. They’re award winning for a reason and it shows… staff are very accommodating could praise them enough.

I've been dining out for tea at Taylors for aeons now and can highly recommend their fish, chips, peas and steak and ale pies. They are usually busy so a little patience may be necessary as the fish are cooked to order. It's good to see such a well run chippy with excellent young, efficient and frie
Worth travelling from the next town just for Taylor's fish & chips. The food is well drained out of the fryer so the batter is beautifully crisp but not greasy.
The gluten free fish & chips came with a slice of lemon, tarter sauce and gluten free vinegar.
Gluten free food is only available on Thur
Fish & chips are the best in the area. Also love the English curry sauce 👌🏽 The indoor sitting is much better now!

This place is the heart of Woodley Precinct. I have been to Taylor’s dozens of times over the last few years both eating in and to take away. I have never had a negative experience here and the staff and food are outstanding.
I have celiac , ( carnt have gluten) every Thursday they do gluten free Thursday. Great food great staff would highly recommend.
Food was 10/10 never tried fish and chips as nice as this the fish cooked to perfection and so were the chips , great service and an excellent set of staff very clean aswel would definitely recommend and will be coming back again !

Nice chippy. Good seating area with around 15 tables. I had fish and chips good size portion and under a tenner.
Lovely place, great service, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, quick food and will ne back!
