We came this morning for breakfast for my 84 year old grandads birthday.
Your staff were so lovely (especially your manager) and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was delicious and excellent value for money!
They also brought my 3 year olds meal out just warm enough, this may not seem like a big thing but every place we've ever eaten has put piping hot food in front of him which, by the time it has cooled down, he's lost interest in! The child size knife and fork just topped it off �
Would highly recommend, especially to families with young children xx
Had a lovely meal August bank holiday Monday with family. Staff were very accommodating quick service helpful staff food excellent. Provided us with a reserved area for myself, husband and 15 friends to celebrate my husbands retirement. Thank you Peter for your assistance. After an overnight stay hubby and I did not require a full breakfast but once again staff were very accommodating and organised a bacon sandwich for us. Would certainly go again.
Amazing staff & brilliant food!! My mums staying in the premier inn next door for 2 n half weeks....we are into the 2nd week now & the staff couldn’t be more helpful and nice people, my mums disabled and they have done everything they can too provide for her as much as Possible! Defiantly recommend
Been here on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed, great food always & the staff are so friendly and welcoming our waiter was Benjamin he was brilliant
We went there as a birthday celebration and the service was very excellent,
These wasn't any rush even though we did booked ahead, there is lot of parking space (only for 3 hr) and the ambiance was extremely nice.
The lamb dinner was nice.it was a nice big meal. Also the prawn cocktail I enjoyed. What I didn't like was the menus were sticky and should have been wiped. The service was good although a glass was smashed at one point which was a bit alarming.
We did order a couple of rounds of drinks and felt the starter was bit overpriced.
We haven't been here for a while, as our last visit wasn't great. We came for tea tonight on the spur of the moment. The food was really good, rib eye steak cooked as I ordered it (medium), the chicken and Ribs was a great choice too. Wasim did a fantastic job looking after us, made sure we had everything we need. Brilliant team member!

Good food made to order on breakfast. Also good choice of pastries, juice, coffee and cereals. Service is friendly and personal. Seating is arranged well and the premises are kept clean and very presentable.
We used the beefeater for post birthday party kids food and they were great. We pre-ordered and Peter who we dealt with reserved our table was the set up was fantastic! Everything went smoothly food service was brilliant and all the food served was efficient and staff were great. Would recommend.
Ordered sirloin asked for it rare but the barmaid said I could have it blu which was great. My friend had the salmon we both enjoyed our meals. Hats off to the chef I'm fussy when it comes to steak being a chef for over 20 years perfectly cooked. Will be back soon
Popped in here for Sunday Lunch and we weren’t dissapointed. From start to finish the service from our lovely waitress, Naomi was impeccable, so friendly and helpful. The food was hot and soooo tasty, we had roast beef dinners, the beef just melted in your mouth and the veg was all cooked perfectly . A big pat on the back to Dan who was the chef. Will definitely return.
Great place for breakfast, all you can eat continental style... the cooked stuff you do have to order but you can order what you want, everything else you help yourself to. Ceariels, muffins , pancakes , fresh fruit, fruit salad, crumpets just to name a few, unlimited tea coffee and juices too.
Side note there's 2 free places for kids also in each adult breakfast. They are happy to take walk in, no booking or reservation from the hotel needed. The only downside is the eating area is upstairs and there isn't a standard lift. There is one though attached to the side of the stairs.
The man greeting and serving food today was excellent, nothing was to much trouble and very friendly. Food was great, fish snd chips was very tasty and cooked well,my partner had gammon and really enjoyed it and we had lovely pudding to.Only complaint not much flake on ice cream but still lovely and refreshing on a hot day.
Called in for lunch, the service was excellent and the food was really good. We had burgers and an open chicken sandwich, I went with very fussy eaters, and they accommodated their requests without any problems.

Daughters 26th b/day, they were obv shortstaffed, service was slow due to staffing, but they made her night, apologising for slow delivery of fantastic food, 1 even noticed her steak was a little one the raw side, back within minutes perfectly cooked 1 made a special 🍸 for her b/day and they brought out a slice of cake with a candle, and piping that said happy b/day and her name (surprised us as well as her) as well as singing. The service & friendly staff as they tried to hide the stress of short staff with smiles and chat. My hubby proposed on bended knee there, (many yrs ago) staff waited round the corner waiting 4 the yes, & appeared with a small bottle of bubbly, best wishes and clapping & smiling. On all occasions they made us feel happy relaxed and nothing was too trouble. (I mobility impaired and the stair lift was gr8) A real credit to the restaurant and looking forward to going back.
We've eaten here and it's been amazing, I had the perfect steak, chefs kiss! But then ordered the same thing and it was like a tough leather boot.
Breakfast is normally spot on though and great value, my kids love it and the staff are nearly always amazing👌
Visited in a group, our children love being able to help themselves to the different breakfast items. The cooked breakfast was really good.

The service was good although a glass was smashed at one point which was a bit alarming. Also I went to the loo but when I got there the toilet was almost overflowing with water and toilet paper with blood on it. It made me feel sick especially in the middle of a meal. It would have been better to close this and put a note on to advise to use ones on the lower floor instead which I ended up doing. My dessert was nice and coffee was fine apart from no milk being delivered. I think there was a problem with the payment machine but worked after a couple of times.

The only thing that let this restaurant down was the lack of lighting and if was a little chilly for my liking. Staff are friendly and attentive
