Went for a lunch time anniversary meal (as we got married in corfu) we have been trying to find that authentic Greek meal to celebrate and reminisce..difficult i know and nothing's ever going to compare.but I have to say it was delicious.we had fresh pitta and dips to start and falafel.then the meatballs and chicken kebab.the meatballs just melt in ur mouth and were very tasty.all was lovely and we hope to return for an evening meal to sample some more of the delicious Greek cuisine.thank you.highly recommend.

I tried Rozafa a few weeks ago with my daughter as I love all things Greek. I was looking for a place for my retirement party...enjoyed it so much I chose it. 12 of us , we didn't need to leave a reservation deposit, Which was unusual but great. We all enjoyed the food the menu is very varied all tastes catered for. Reasonable price both food and drinks .. I will definitely be going again . It is a little hidden away, above a couple of shops but definitely worth searching out if you also love Greek food and hospitality..

Excellent place. Difficult to find but don’t be deceived by its location. The ‘early doors’ menu is excellent value. Great staff. Thoroughly recommend it.

The food is to die for, the older guy who looks very greek has a very funny/dry sense of humour, almost odd but just relax and go with it people can be so offended! It is a really nice place.

First time back after about five years and the food is just as good as when we last visited. The joke are however the same 😜 We have the meat meze which was amazing, the staff are very curious and attentive, we will be back again and I encourage all to give it a go, the food is really good. The only minus is the door at the top of the stairs ..... any chance of putting a spring on it so it shuts automatically??? Thanks for a great evening 👍🏼

We absolutely loved the time we sent here. The food was superb and plentiful, the service was excellent. The decor is old and tired but didn't detract from a very enjoyable evening. I'd highly recommend

We just love this restaurant. Walking on the street you barely notice it; going up the stairs you wonder if you ended up to some relative’s house. The atmosphere is very relaxed and familiar. The menu is quite vast (which can be a good or a bad thing). I have tasted different course and they’re always delicious. Last time I had hummus with red peppers and naan bread as a started and chicken in white sauce with potato wedges as a main (sorry but I can’t spell the correct Greek names). Choosing what to eat it’s really hard! The staff is lovely and talkative. And I can’t finish the meal without a refreshing glass of Ouzo!

A really nice homely feel. Great service. We had the lamb and chicken for mains and a huge mixed starter which was like a big tapas mix. really filling and a great change from standard restaurant chains. And Uzo shot to go

Terribly ugly frontage, which is the shutters of the businesses below, but a nice little restaurant when you get upstairs. It was quiet when we visited, so not much atmosphere, but the food was top notch. Portion sizes were a bit mean...3 halves of roast potato with a main course of chicken...come on, potatoes are really cheap! We'll definitely go again, and again though, and I wouldn't mind owning some shares in this (highly profitable?) business, haha! Well worth a visit to imagine you're back on your hols!

Amazing place, amazing food and very homely atmosphere. Service is first class, we’ve been there on Saturday and it was very busy but we have been served really fast. One of the best food in Manchester and very reasonable price. Definitely I’m going to eat there again.

What a lovely surprise! Do not be put off by the shabby exterior this is a ‘proper’ Greek restaurant! Super friendly staff, delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Expect families and gatherings, it’s a lovely place to eat. Thank you.

Discovered this little Greek tavern during the business trip to Stockport; it's about 6 min walk from the Stockport train station. It has a cosy atmosphere and very attentive service from Tony. Lunch is a great value for money £7 for a starter and main course. The portions are big. We had a greek salad and feta zesti served with a warm pitta bread as a starter and chicken kebab and briam as a main course. Their evening a la carte menu looks great so would like to come back to try that.

Would have preferred staff to wear a mask and not quite as many tables, but stunning food and beautiful food. Very authentic.

This is our favourite place to eat, it was a bit quieter tonight luckily as we didn't book a table, the food was excellent tonight always been good but tonight was amazing, we had the vine leaves and mixed sausage starters, main course of sea bass and the lamb shoulder, both were beautiful cooked to perfection, will definitely be going back again to try some other options on the menu.
