Was attending a funeral wake. From arriving until leaving the visit was first class.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The food was served in a lovely manor and tasted lovely. The waiters were kind and thoughtful.. Lovely dining room with tables set realy nice..

Excellent place for a meal. As soon as you arrive you notice the perfectly ironed table cloths and nicely set out tables. The waiter was amazing and an entertainer as well as delivering food and drinks and taking food orders. The food is piping hot on arrival and perfectly cooked and well presented.
Friendly polite service. Clean tidy room bathroom. Very good location. Easy to find and have a comfortable parking space. Coffee is excellent. Highly recommended hotel.

My family and I stayed one night at the Wycliffe and we had a pleasant experience. Staff are helpful and accommodating, and while the hotel itself is not the fanciest of places, the prices make it a good value stay.
The complimentary breakfast with our stay was also particularly enjoyable.

Our room was spotlessly clean and a very good size. The bed was very comfortable.
We ate evening meal at the restaurant Excellent Italian food. A very good choice of dishes
Great hotel. Bar is reasonable, rooms very clean. Quiet apart from aircraft overhead. Really nice staff and had a good feel. Breakfast was also good- vegan and veggie options. Exceeded my expectations for the price and would recommend.

Stayed here for a night before our flight early next morning. The staff were really polite, very helpful and accommodating. Had a drink in the bar, a great atmosphere, nice beer and cocktail! Reasonably priced compared to the expensive airport hotels too

Great service, very reasonably priced including a lovely breakfast and free car parking. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bar was well stocked and dinner was delicious. The staff couldn't have been more friendly. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this well run family hote

We celebrated my Grandparents 60th Wedding Anniversary at The Wycliffe last month. It was a last minute booking for 15, and they were extremely accommodating. They offered us a 3 x course set menu, which was lovely and had a great variety for everyone. On the night they had even added an extra optio
Superb food, can not fault anything the Sunday lunch was so tasty and could tell it was all home cooked. The dessert was also amazing with proper custard. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will continue to return here.
