Excellent Nepalese Indian restaurant in sterling town . The best food ever and friendly staff . What a perfect place I’ve chosen for my outing with my family. love to be there again, highly recommended for everyone.
This is one pf the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. They were really generous with their food and I paid around 12 pounds for 4 separate dishes. Food was delicious. 5/5
We wandered into Mint Leaf after following the incredible smells through downtown Stirling. On a busy Friday night the staff accommodated us despite our lack of a reservation. All servers and staff at Mint Leaf went above and beyond to care for us during our dinner, creating a memorable atmosphere for an astonishingly delectable meal. Unparalleled and unique flavor (seriously, it blew my mind), perfectly prepared food, beautiful presentation, and exceptional service- I will remember and pine for this meal for years to come.
My partner and I visited the restaurant yesterday with our two friends. This was a lunch visit and the celebration was our friend's birthday
We had the three course lunch with wine. The food was excellent. We all tried each other's starters. Mine was garlic mushrooms. Gorgeous and very well presented. The bill for 4 was £88 which we consider to be great value. This included two bottles of wine. We are looking forward to returning soon!
Stirling has a generous selection of Indian restaurants to choose from but this is by far my favourite. A wide menu selection, reasonably priced, good quality food and attentive staff. Each dish is rich in flavour with a wide range to satisfy the taste buds. Plenty of drinks to choose from too. I am usually too full to find room for dessert but perhaps one day...
I have missed nepalese food and this place did not disappoint.
The inside is very nice. The menu had a great variety of dishes. Good prices too. I had to ask for recommendations, because there was too much to choose from.
The starter was momo. They were really tasty and the spicy dip was delicious.
For main I had fish in some kind of curry sauce. It was really nice and rich of flavours. I wish they could add some vegetables to the dish, because it is too much with only sauce, rice and fish.
Very nice place and friendly staff.
Phenomenal meal and service.
I went with close friends and family for a birthday dinner. We had starters, main, sides and deserts, value for money was brilliant and the food was incredible. Service was attentive, interactive and kind without being annoying.
This has absolutely gone down as one of my favourite restaurants.
100% will be back and recommend over and over again.
Highly recommend for an authentic Nepalese & Indian culinary experience. The Mint Leaf has great service, Khim was very friendly and the other staff (didn’t catch names!) were also very welcoming.
The atmosphere is spot on, great interior. The wooden structure near the entrance adds to the “Nepal foothills” vibe.
Now the food… honestly one of the best curries I’ve had in a very long time. I tried the Katmandu Chicken - hot and very tasty (comes with nan or rice). Washed down with a cold pint of cobra. We also sampled the chicken biriyani and mo:mo chicken dumplings. All tasted incredible. Portion sizes are large, so good value. They also make an effort in the kitchen to use less oil and less salt.
Overall, a top notch experience and cannot recommend enough. I will most definitely be returning.
Excellent fresh food and nice staff, will keep this place in mind for the future. If you like spicy food, the Gurkha Rifle was an amazing taste experience. Very zesty and plenty of heat.
I have planned a family get together for 20 people and it was planned very well by Restaurant staff , Decoration , service and food was awesome . Very friendly and supportive staff . They have variety of food and drinks and portion size also very good . It’s totally value for money . Thanks team for making my day special .
