I've regularly visited Stag Bites the Hog at their events and every time their food is fantastic. Perfect portion sizes and their ideas and menus are always delicious! The Beef Brisket loaded fries and mac n cheese bits are a personal favourite!

Liam and team were an absolute joy to work with. They were the perfect balance of ultra professional and relaxed, even under the pressure of lots of hungry people! Their food is incredible, they clearly know what they're doing in the kitchen. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Had the Cuban Sandwich the Edinburgh Botanics for their Christmas event. Was incredible, highly recommend it. It was hot, oozing cheese and just what you need when it's -2!
