Massive arena offering multiple services from swimming and ice-skating to a massive climbing wall and much more. Staff are super helpful, I am especially happy with the ice rink stewards. My child fell a couple times and straight away they were there offering help making sure he didn't need medical attention. Viewing areas and cafe aswell for those not participating. Great cakes too! Would recommend for a family day out

The Bring Your Baby Fitness classes are amazing! I’m so glad they are an option now. It’s really nice to have an opportunity to work out with your baby. It’s good for you and physically and my baby likes it too! I went to Shams' yoga class while I was pregnant and she was so accommodating, inclusive and welcoming to me and everyone. She suggested modified poses for me and anyone else that needed them like if someone had a knee surgery, etc. She is really encouraging to everyone regardless of fitness levels, injuries, age, abilities. I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey at the Peak now with my baby in tow! I also recommend the preschool swimming teacher Dana. My older son attends her class. He’s been really freaked out by water since he’s first bath as a newborn and she’s really helping him become more comfortable with water at a pace that works for him. She’s very kind, considerate and respectful of him and we really appreciate it!

A great facility for all of the family. The pool and changing room facilities are always clean and well maintained. A few faulty lockers but these tend to be signposted as faulty. The three swimming pools are great in particular the two pools for kids allowing a range of activities. Other facilities such as the gym, ice rink and climbing wall are all well maintained. The cafe has a good range of food and snack and the staff have been helpful with allergy questions. Good value for money with a monthly membership.

I try and use the Peak 4 times a week, with great facilities, and for me, good value for money. You hear of so many places closing, just glad it's open for now. Seems to be well run, which helps, with such a diversity of activities on offer.

Made use of the Sauna and Swimming facilities: Staff were very accommodating and the place was kept immaculately. Also a very safe venue for trans people imo. Mixed sex changing facilities and privacy cubicles for everyone made me feel extremelu comfortable here. Especially the privacy cubicles.

I have been going to the Mariner Centre for the last few months now. My five year old enjoys the wave. However for the first time I tried The Peak. I was blown away. Pools immaculate, changing rooms immaculate, staff wonderful. Infant pool warm, trying pool warm, large pool slightly cooler but great. totally loved it. THE PEAK from now on. THANK YOU

My son goes to a class once a week. The instructors are great and the equipment is great for his age group. We will definitely keep taking him to the class.

Small but beautifully formed. This was a perfect place for my son’s first climbing experience. The staff were superb. We’ll be back. A couple of years ago we did the one-hour curling introduction. That was great too. We should come here more often. Also the cafeteria is good too, tasty coffee, soup and steak sandwiches at a very reasonable price.

OMG!! Ever since the 'Stone of Destiny' in 2002, I've wanted to try Curling. Now we live in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I eventually got my chance, and what a great place to do it. Great instructor, friendly staff, super cafe. Thank you Stirling!!

Curling is well run here, usually great ice. The World Championship for wheelchair curling was held here, so top rated location for curling. The National Curling Academy has been added and now dedicated training and playing facilities are available 7 days a week. Great surface with walk lanes in between 4 sheets of ice.

Go skating here with the kids every week. Costs less than some of the other rinks and is a really good size that you have space to practice without bumping into other people. The ice arena is cold and while that may seem to be stating the obvious, it's much colder than others I've been in so gloves are in order if you don't want to end up with numb hands! My only issue with The Peak is that for some reason the reception queue moves incredibly slowly, despite them having 2 - 3 people on, it can take over 5 minutes to get through even a small, queue so give yourself some additional time on arrival.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Gym is clean and has a wide variety of machines. Swimming and ice skating have been good fun every time I've visited. Changing rooms are clean and tidy, with showers and hairdryers
