My mum and her friends come here when they visit Stirling and she brought me here as she knows I love Indian food. It was amazing. The staff are all lovely and the food was excellent. It would be worth the trip from Glasgow just to come here. I will definitely be back.
Recently visited Stirling on the train for the first time and a quick Google search outside the station for a nearby Indian restaurant led us here. Early on a Monday evening we had the place to ourselves for almost our entire stay. We enjoyed our meal - good service in nice surroundings. And the bill was reasonable too! What more could you ask for.
We are from Dundee and go there for a Saturday lunch quite a lot and have never been disappointed the food is amazing and so is the service and the staff are so friendly definitely the best Indian restaurant I have been in.
This is our favourite Indian restaurant, why? The food is always very, very good. Every curry meal has excellent flavours, fresh spices and quality ingredients. Just love this place, oh and great service too:)
My regular place to eat out, always enjoy eating in here, great lunch & dinner deals. Really cannot fault or find tastier curries. Very welcoming by all the people within Indian Cottage x

Went for a meal with my husband and daughter last night it's was amazing food was first class staff were lovely definitely be back everything was made fresh this is the best meal I've ever had at any restaurant and spotlessly clean x
Been ordering here for nearly 15 years, and it is hands down my favourite Indian place in Stirling. The menu has some amazing food and the service makes us feel appreciated. Nice interior too if you want to go in and sit down for a meal.

Have tried multiple different Indian restaurants in Stirling and this is by far the best. I’ve taken family and friends here for their first time and they’ve all been impressed and wanted to go again.
Haha, Only downside is that it’s so good that I’ve stopped trying new places as often when I go out because I want to go here.

To me, their foods are super affordable. A 3 course lunch for only £9 ish and kids menu for only £4.5.
They're hot and fresh, but it just didn't fit my palate. I hope they can level up the flavour of their dish to meet wider standard of flavor accepted by general people.
Also, this is a busy place on weekend so I suggest pre booking.

Visited for the first time for dinner with friends. Food was excellent and will definitely try for a takeaway sometime! Also very clearly identified menu items in terms of dietary restrictions, which was helpful as one friend could not eat gluten.
We loved the food here and the hospitality. Although they forgot about our drinks initially, they more than made up for that with attention to rest of our order. As a party of 5, and with a person who has special needs, they were able to make things to our requirements and very friendly and welcoming.
Really aromatic, delicious and flavorful Indian dishes. The staff was helpful as patiently explain questions addressed about the dishes.

Today, I went to Indian Cottage with one of my friend for dinner and we enjoyed Halal food there. I must say the taste of Halal food was too good there. Ambience was superb. Staff behaviour was astonishing and friendly we feel staff is interacting with customers which is positive. I strongly recommend everyone to visit Indian Cottage in Stirling .

They say the customer is God. This phrase is applied to this restaurant. Moving to Scotland and missing our home food is what every Indian person will relate to. Indian cottage restaurant has already given me hope about not missing Indian cuisine. Their food is super delicious and gives an apt essence and taste to India. I would recommend trying once, as once you try you will go continuously. Their hospitality and politeness are way beyond expectations. I really loved the way they treat their customers.
We visit this restaurant regularly ,food is excellent so we return , staff are lovely very attentive and great value for money £10 -3 course lunch £16.99 for 3 course dinner.

Though we dined on premises we witnessed a Very active take out service. So other people think their food is That good.
Visited on Saturday 24th April for dinner. Smaller restaurant than expected but was very busy when we arrived so looked at this as a good sign and my goodness, they did not disappoint!
Service was great, good atmosphere and the food was amazing. I personally had never eaten Indian food before and not really a lover of spicy food, so was a little apprehensive. Staff were very good at advising me what was spicy and not so spicy. Portion sizes are very large, great value for money and delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. 10 out of 10! 😊
Amazing Indian food! Very friendly staff, food is served quickly and on hot plates. Food itself was very tasty, menu is divided by spicyness and is as accordingly! Would definitely recommend and go again!
A great restaurant! The best thing about it has to be the abundance of the portions - 4 of the curries could easily fill 7 hungry stomachs! There's a large variety of dishes, each of which are tastier than the next. Starters and the complementary poppadoms were delicious, but a bit lacking in quantity (specifically the Paneer Tikka).
Our waiter was very nice, and was happy to accommodate us with anything we were craving but wasn't on the menu! Very nice ambience, and comfortable seating.
Another great thing about this Indian restaurant is that it's authentic, and so desi that it reminded me of home back in Bharat (India). It's rare to find these types of restaurants in Scotland!
Would highly recommend if you're looking for authentic Indian taste!
