I often go here on my lunch break and i am never disappointed, sat in today for the first time and it was even better! Service is great and the food is lovely. Not just your average coffee shop, food is fresh, locally sourced and delicious. Staff are friendly and really make the place, highly recommend everyone tries it.

Today we took a drive up to Stirling and popped into the very dog friendly Darnley coffee shop. As always Lady Lilly got lots of cuddles, a bowl of water and a plate of biscuits. Lovely food, atmosphere and staff.

This cafe came recommended by a random lady who stopped to stroke our puppy in the town centre. We were struggling to find a dog friendly cafe at the time. Our pup was fed and watered before we were! It's a lovely quirky hidden gem away from the high street shops in the town. We ate from the nice selection of cakes. The baked potatoes looked amazing.

Lovely little coffee shop, great selection of quality coffees served in cafetières. Small platters of fresh salad with oatcakes & a choice of accompaniments, salmon & cream cheese etc. are a great idea instead of bread. All followed by lovely home baking.

Love this place. We stumbled upon it three years ago and have dreamt of their scones ever since. On this trip we actually went for lunch two days in a row. The food is great and the people that work there are very friendly and welcoming.

I pop up to stirling for work every couple of few weeks and it’s one of the few days I don’t pack a lunch. Such good food, such friendly staff and amazing prices.

Superb food, really good selection of coffees, staff are great and the prices are spot on. We've been twice now and since we live in stirling we'll continue to go.

Everything about this place is lovely. Only 3 minutes away from the High Street but quiet and cosy. The food and coffee is excellent, the jams, cakes and cordials are all homemade and the staff is super friendly. Oh and they love dogs!

Fantastic place for soup lovers especially; loving the Sweet Potato, Chilli and Coconut and the Split Pea, Roasted Tomato with Basil Soup! It is always packed but you feel no pressure of having to quickly gobble your food down..

A great spot to stop for a bite just a short walk from Stirling castle. I ordered a "small plate", tasty and more than enough for most folk. Polite and helpful service, well behaved dogs (and owners) welcome.

Lovely place with very welcoming staff. The place has a lot of character and heart. Great selection of coffees. The baked potato with homemade baked beans was the best I ever had. I highly recommend stepping in there whenever you're in the area. I will certainly come again.

Hearty soup! Great ambience! Go there for sure! I had their tomato and basil soup with nut bread. I loved it. It was the perfect food I needed in the drizzling weather. I’d suggest you visit it for sure, have a nice coffee or soup or whatever you like!

Nice platters and toastiest. Lovely atmospheric building. But please add a couple of more Scottish dishes, especially something relevant to the Lord Darnley connection. Maybe a Scottish beef dish or something

What a fabulous little find! Yummy food, fast service, reasonably priced, great location if you are visiting to see the castle for a day, and they’re dog friendly. Everything we ordered was delicious.
