The food was lovely I must admit. Portion sizes a bit on the smaller side for the price paid. But absolutely no complaints on the taste of the food.. the white horse burger is flame grilled and so juicy. Could of done with some more chips and maybe a side salad with it.. the smoked chicken wings are
Another great visit to the White Horse. They fitted us in on what had evidently been a very busy service. That said, the service we received was as charming and efficient as always. 🙂

Excellent choice of food served all afternoon into the evenunlike a lot of places midweek. They offer various portion sizes. All 5 of our meals were excellent and reasonably priced. It's a Greene King pub, but the menu is the pub's own, food was not mass-produced and reheated. The service was lovely
We have had a great lunch in the Bar area, dispite many other guests we got a good table with very comfortable chairs, the menue was very good, the waitresses were very friendly and helpful, my husband and our guests were delighted and we will come definitely again.

Very busy sunny Sunday but still very happy to accommodate a coeliac. My chicken and avocado burger was the best I've had for a while!

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and price for Steyning. The decor inside is very nice. We had a lunch & would happily return for an evening meal.
Lovely food and staff. Often very busy so can be a little bit of a wait for table/service - but definitely worth it.
Great food, good service and excellent value for money. Their Sunday roast is outstanding.
