Went into store, customer service was very helpful as i was indecisive on what i would like and the gentlemen gave me some recommendations. My food was done quickly and hot. My cajun fries were hot and was given enough. Milkshake was not runny, i would definitely be coming back. Would recommend to
Amazing burgers and lovely shakes. Well worth the extra cost over McDonald's and Burger King. Great to come on when all the restaurants nearby are booked full!
Food was lovely and friendly staff. Mountain of lovely skin on fries. Shame hot dog was a bit bigger. But did taste good.
Not sure it was worth 17 quid though. Maybe a tenner would of been more realistic.
Polite staff, I had to announce my arrival so they would begin cooking the fries ensuring that all of my take-away was piping hot as I left. Great service, pleasant staff. Toilets were clean. Food yummy.
The team at the Stevenage Five Guys are genuinely the best. Not only are they always smiling but my order arrives so fast, the team are so polite and make you feel welcomed every time. It is always a 10/10 service! Best place to go to!
The bacon burger was good it gave 2 patties on a burger. The chips were from the UK. They give you any topping you want on a burger rather you are a vegetarian
When we go into Five Guys we always notice they are all very hard working, but also ALL very friendly and helpful. We have been served by Larissa on several occasions and she is one of the most smiley, pleasant girls you could see anywhere. She is so polite and attentive, we have been struck by her
Great food, steep prices as far as fast food goes, but im happy to pay! Also keeps all the rif-raf out as they would rather go different fast food chain as it way cheaper!

This place is better than any other place around for burgers and shakes, quality is far superior to any place in town. Staff is amazingly polite and friendly even busy time when there was 15+ in front of me they helped with everything I asked. Well done guys!!!

As with every Five Guys I've visited, food was superb and service was very quick. I've only marked the atmosphere 4 stars as it's a fairly quiet restaurant in the middle of a large retail park, not really sure what the staff could do to enhance it without singing and dancing on the tables! It's best to get a burger and chips and take it home. £4.25 for a diet coke refill is daylight robbery!
Food was great as always. Best fries in the business. Really wish there was a combo deal as £20 is a little steep. How about an NHS discount maybe?

So I had been to a branch in London in January. I really wanted to go again and searched up my local branch, stevenage came up. To say I wasn't disappointed, the burger was amazing, chips are the best ever. Friendly staff, clean and tidy. Defo recommended
