The BEST place around this area for loaded boxes and burgers without a doubt. I've ordered from them more times than I can count and the food is always out of this world. 10/10

Guys took the time to call us to double check they got our requests right. Food arrived, portions were massive, burgers were great. We will 100% be ordering from them again.
Brilliant smash burgers (very very tasty) and a nice range of variations. Also the Burger Box meal is pretty fine too. It’s chopped burger with coleslaw, cheese, chips and various sauces depending on which you choose. Double up only if you have a big appetite! Staff always very efficient and polite if you collect. It’s now our number one when we fancy a burger.
Burger box is really underrated. The food here is amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because our food took a very long time to arrive. (We ordered delivery)

I saw an add for this place, looked them up on google maps saw the reviews and thought I gotta try this place. I was not disappointed, ordered the cheese burger and it was to die for. I only wish they would deliver to Hitchin, its just slightly out their delivery radius, even if you charge £1 or £2 extra for delivery, I will gladly pay that to get my hands on these burgers! Sorry forgot to mention the person behind the counter today was super helpful and friendly.

My colleagues and I regularly order Burger Box to our workplace. It is easy to order online and always arrives quickly. The food is always hot and delicious. We order lots of different items but a special mention goes to the goujon boxes which are a favourite.
I really like that it is so easy to personalise orders from a selection of different ingredients and that the list of options for this is quite extensive. The menu itself has a good number of options and with some places quantity does not equate to quality but in this case it does.
I have also used Burger Box outside of work and can confirm that the kids menu options are just as good quality and a very generous size.
We have ordered well over 20 times (probably a lot more!) from here and have only had one issue which was a requested omission from a dish was added incorrectly. However, upon contacting the restaurant this was very swiftly rectified and a replacement was delivered quickly.
We always have very good service and look forward to lots more Burger Box meals in the future.

We ordered cheese burgers, chips, loaded fried and some chicken pieces. I thought it was great. The loaded fried were spicy/hot, which I enjoyed. Food was quick, fairly priced and I will be ordering again. I wanted to order the Smash cheese burger, but there was no description/picture or option to add another pattie, so went with a normal cheese burger with extra cheese and chilli's. Very tasty nevertheless.
Best fries I’ve personally eaten. Good portion sizes aswell. Can’t go wrong personally
This was the second time going to this place. Don't know what they did to the burger but holy hell, the cheeseburger on the second visit was incredible. The beef was perfectly soft and merged perfectly with the cheese making it melt in your mouth. No rubber chewy beef here. The chips were decent, nothing special. Being one of the very few (there are maybe 3 other places) halal places, makes you value it even more as if the food wasn't good, there really isn't an alternative you can turn to. According to Google there's dine in. That's being very generous as there's barely any space to even stand so there is a solitary table and chair. This is a takeaway place, please don't expect to come with friends to eat in.

I personally think the burger is what really makes this place special. It has one of the best meat to fat ratio out of many restaurants.
The variety in the menu give me a reason to go back and try more.

delicious, have been going religiously every week. the burgers are mouth watering and flavour bursts out with each bite. you can taste each carefully layered condiment and the sauces compliment it perfectly. my favourite is the texan smashed burger with the crispy sweet potato fries however i was urged to give the hotdogs a try and they did not disappoint at all, i was so surprised with how juicy they were and the normal fries, i was annoyed at myself for not trying them sooner. the staff were great and quick, its perfect. i highly recommend.
First time in ordering from here, it’s my birthday and husband said what takeaway would I like, really fancied a burger for dinner as I haven’t had one for a couple of years, the food was delicious, ( I had the Mexican burger) the only thing that stopped me putting 5 stars is that we ordered skin on fries but they didn’t have any skin on, but that’s being very picky. Will definitely order again. Delivery was very quick .
Texan Steak burger and Chicken Bbq burger were amazing and all still hot after being delivered. Wish I could give it more stars!! Milkshakes are amazing too.
