Decided to give them ago again and was really pleasantly surprised. Not sure if new owner or process but the quality and speed are so much better. Staff on drive through are great - and crucially orders have been accurate (3/3! 👍). Whole family agreed the food was really good - neatly “put together” for burgers and hot and tasty.

Terrible. Going back to the problems with chicken delivery, even months and months later there were and still are problems. I ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers at the drive through. When I got home I found they had no salad or sauces. Tried calling off and on for DAYS. Never a reply. I always have to check the order and the drive through and 9 times out of ten there is a problem.
Fingers crossed the new KFC near the Range will be better.
I have vowed never to return.
Nice and empty as it was mid afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff who interacted with my grandkids and they loved it. Food served up very quickly.
No app, no boards and the idea of a 45 minute wait. Meant that we weren't interested in them entertaining anything our food order.
I got better meals from same location many times. Just this time was not good enough. But will have one again later
The chicken in the burgers we ordered wasn’t the best and the toilets we pretty disgusting however the tables where clean and tidy
A little busy but, wasn't kept waiting too long, food was warm and edible, place was clean and turnover was good.
Fantastic food great service the music a bit loud but still rate this place
Ordered a double gravy bucket with 6 pieces of chicken..
Got 5 legs and a thigh..
